    A video of your jump is not the be all and end all. What is important is for the instructor to asses your ability to fly a wingsuit and then sign your log book accordingly. As is my understanding from what you are saying, after 3 flights your BMI does not yet feel you are ready to be flying a wingsuit on your own and has therefore stated this in your log book. For this reason you should not expect any CCI to allow you to simply show up and fly a wingsuit. While the BMI rating is not yet recognised by the BPA it is still a very very good indication to a CCI of your ability. Please understand no one is trying to stop you having fun, just trying to keep you alive.     Seeing as no one else has said anything yet, this past weekend at Sibson, two new BMI's and the first UK BMCI were signed off by Jari. Congrats to Mark Harris the first UK BMCI, Duncan Wright and Steve "adopt the safe position and roll" Such, who are both now BMI's and all jump at Sibson.     I got a call up to manifest one day to say they had something of mine.. Was a bit suprised, i had no idea what it was they could have.. turned out it was my gear bag.. with wallet, camera, sunnies, gear etc... some 'comedian' had picked it up and put it in a porta potty... Everything was in there, or so i thought, until i went to get some lunch, bastards had emptied the wallet of cash. Very neatly done though, they'd carefully replaced all the reciepts back... I only lost about $40, buts its still a fucker. Suprised they didn't take anything else.. there was about 30 un tagged tickets in there, which leads me to hope it wasn't a skydiver.
