is it definately a bullet cam? The angle doesn't make it clear, but it could, note only could, be something like a Sony PC107/9 I jump a 107 and it's pretty damn small. We both know mistakes have been made by all sides in conflict. There are undoubtably civilian casualties in any battle situation. I dont know much about weapons, and you clearly do so please do correct me if i'm wrong, but, as is my understanding, this weapon is not just a long range sniper rifle. It's designed to cause slightly more widespread damage, especially at a closer range. Can the person using the weapon, with complete certainty, know that by discharging it, no one but the target is affected? Furthermore, can the person discharging the weapon know beyond all doubt, that the target is an absolute and real threat to human life? Please dont get me wrong, i am by no means suggesting that this happens regularly, i'm just asking you to open your mind a bit. Of course it is. I never said it wasn't. Are you telling me that this weapon will only be used in one place, against one target? Do you know for absolute certainty that 'those running around hiding in the mountains' actually have a great quantity of weapons, or is that just what you've heard on the news?
