**Since when is correcting an inaccurate statement stalking?** the statement is acurate. the information provided came straight off of atairs web site. in the event it isn't accurate, if one certain person is there each and every time you post to argue, or refute what you have said, i consider that stalking. these are my thoughts, no one elses. atair makes several different models of canopies, as i'm sure your well aware, some nose modified, and the onyx, fully cross braced. consider this my last word on the subject, or go visit extremefly.com Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

maybe i should've added the phrase "in my experience" 7 cell resale isn't as high as 9 cell.

no arguement oh canopy guru. dya think you could stop "stalking" my posts? Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

**keep the cougar and the 77 3/4, dump the rest and go grab a new Z8** not very likely, the 350 CID X 385 HP X 6 speed pretty well has me there, plus i love the HUD. the LP read EU4IC-5 Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

Phree: why don't we just call them right up and tell them? Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

**The spanwise triangulated braced nose reduces airfoil distortion on the most important part of the wing. Matches and exceeds performance of cross braced tricell canopies while providing the sweetest "multistage" openings, 15-20% smaller pack volume, and lower cost. The spanwise triangulated braced nose reduces airfoil distortion on the most important part of the wing. i think it would be the best thing for him, i'd hate to see him "off" of his meds, he's a bigun! he's probably lacking from self esteem, there;s nothing like a friend to pick you up and say, "let's go!"

i made the tramsition after about 200 jumps between a triathlon 210, and a 190. while the openings are nice, the landings tend to "sink" in, no glide, i dreaded "no wind" days. so i bought a 9 cell hornet, where has it been all my life? great canopy, just set up longer for you final, because of the extended "glide" your going to get. the hornet is fast becoming the answer to the sabre2 in my opinion, at less than half the price. having said all of this, i have a brand new cobalt on order, even as we speak. (the hornet was bought used, and i didn't get to color coordinate it with my suit/rig) plus i want the cross braced fully elipitical! Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

7 cell zp canopies resale suck, i've owned three, sold them at less than half of what i paid for them. they "sink" in on landing, then you have to transition back to "gliding" in with a 9 cell when you go back, and you will go back. Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

a 1967 mercury cougar, set up for the 1/4 mile--2002 chevrolet avalanche--2002 chevrolet corvette--2001 jeep grand cherokee laredo--1977 3/4 ton chevrolet 4X4 with spicer running gear. but, when i grow up, i want a bmw!

kudos to you my noble friend. most everyone else would have "swept this under the runway" so to speak. you sharing your experience will most assuredly raise the bar on safety practices. thanks for sharing, and i'm glad your posting about this incident, instead of us reading about you, rock on bro! they didn't have the audacity to ground you for the low pull, did they? take care, improvise your safety tools!

it's actually NOT a "trick" question, 99.9% of high rise buildings do NOT incorporate a 13th floor, i know, i've been in just about everyone from here to whereever, and culture (overseas) doesn't matter. nonetheless, the 13th floor is a long ago dreamed up supersticion, but, i choose to adhere to they're suspicions. (when i can)

**(after having taking a stats course I could go on for a while on such numbers)** that is almost tempting, but statistics are just that, comparable, nothing more nothing less. there are a thousand different perspectives on this, or that, and don't any of them mean anything unless compiled according to each subject, ie: automobile accidents, aircraft incidents, bicycle incidents, walking down the highway, need i continue? so go back and do some more research on statistics comprehension, and application(s) after all, we're just having fun! the safire is a fairly forgiving canopy, and your wing seems conservative, i'd have my flight videoed, and deduce any further theories from there. are you brakes adjusted properly? on your steering lines in "full flight" have a slight bow in them? sometimes it takes a while to adjust your landing pattern to the previous canopy, this has been my experience. but i have been wrong before. Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

**Not all the time - I've seen a rig with 3 mals in 10 jumps, and I know people with over 2000 jumps without a mal.** thank you kind sir, i most assuredly owe you a jump ticket! Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"
-
better yet, let's raise the bar, since you want to converse. why is it, 99.9% of mechanical engineers will not incorporate a "13th" floor on their buildings? damn strange, to say the least, and profoundly peculiar to say the most. have a great day! ((getting out my enginering books)) Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"
-
and on what basis do you deduce your findings? mine are founded on "common sense" and "mechanical" statistics. Richard "Gravity Is My Friend"

Quade: i've already admitted to ressembling the remark!
