hell no. at least that would be BIG news to me. i try to stay up on all that. CA is still one of the biggest anti gun states around. My abbreviation was vague, esp with the L.A. riots coming into the discussion. I meant the state of Loiusianna. A friend was telling me that no permit of any sort was needed to legally carry concealed or in the car. I thought only Vermont or New Hampshire was that loose about it now. oh, sorry... i think you're right... VT and NH are that loose but LA, don't think so... isn't MT getting that way too?
