    As I remember it, Michael got sued over those fatalities, it cost him a couple hundred thousand to defend himself (he eventually won). Can't imagine why any DZO would do what was in their best interest. So you think all funjumpers should be banned from dZs because some asshole sued?

    Lots of things to consider. How far are the planes going to have to travel to get there? How many people do you think you can draw from the surrounding area? Can you expect support of jumpers from other DZs? Can the club afford the loss if the event is a bust?

    I agree. Not to mention if you drive 20 hours you waste the next day resting up. If I drive 12 hrs I can still function the next day.
