    To answer your question. If your house is not listed and you sell it yourself you are not responsable for any commissions unless you negotiate that with the buyer. To the person that was buying and was going to pay both sides of the commission, you were getting screwed unless the price of the house was dropped to add in the commission.

I think however your attitude is getting in the way of your delivery. You come across as talking down to people. Some of these people were here before you and will be here when you are gone.

    I don't know about the whole black eye thing but I do think there are way too many of these incidents. Things are going to happen at the DZ. We shoulod never see accidents at a demo. I'm not picking on this latest guy either. Some of the pro demo teams have a pretty crappy record also.
