Unfortunately every week or two there seems to be a new story about jumper who was injured or killed. Every time I read one of these I am reminded of the risks associated with skydiving. Fortunately in my short skydiving career I have never seen someone die or get hurt from jumping. But there have been times where I wondered how would I react if I did. Would it make me give up skydiving? So if its not to painful to talk about , how did those of you who have witnessed an accident react to this?

Well Grogs pretty well covered everything that i can think of. But I had to repeat a level of AFF and my biggest probelm and from what I hear this is very common, relaxiation is very important. Since you have some idea as to what it will feel like I would say you have an advantage over any other student. Anyway Good Luck

Well Merrick you have a good point. They don't play enough music on MTV and nowadays the music they do play is always on TRL with that shithead Carson Daly or whatever the hell his name is. But Yeah Road Rules would be pretty cool.

The other day I bought "Break Away", "Pack Like a Pro", and"Fly Like a Pro". I am just curious if anyone else has seen these videos and if they are helpful. Even if they are not I also bought Joe Jennings Good Stuff just in case.

Just to give this some perspective lets say theoretically he had to pay for every jump (lets say $16.00 per jump). That would be about $480,000.00 Now add all the other costs associated with skydiving. 1.A logbook ($5.00) 2.Beer 3.Gear (besides a logbook of course) 4.Beer Although if I ever reach this many jumps I would be pissed if I had to buy the beer still.

Just curious if anyone knows who has made the most jumps so far.(# of total jumps). One of JMs on my AFF L1 had around 9400 jumps back then does anyone know somwone who has more?

Iam also a student I have to repeat the FJC also. I only made it to level 2 last fall and I'am just waiting for the snow to melt.
