    Sketchy and I can even do Plaything's ground school at Roy's house so afterward, our favorite wine/beer will be waiting for us LOL! J/K, no need to supply nuttin. Sketchy will Byron let you borrow Malfunction pics, student rig, other FJC stuff for an evening at Chop Chop's to do Plaything's FJC? If not, we may be best off with Lany doing her FJC at the DZ. I actually highly recommend doing it at the DZ. From experience of teaching an FJC at a friend's house one night. Let's just say the Anvil and a few others showed up with some Everclear. That was some FJC. And we don't have King Airs in Chop Chop's bedroom to use for realism and practice It was apparent that the guy was just trying to impress my vidiet friend and that his REAL sport of choice should have been badmitton.     That is a sad story and just confirms my beliefs about why some people shouldn't be afraid to skydive simply because you "can" die.     Wow, you are a very trusting soul Sketchy. I have to pack 20 good reserves and pass my practical exam before I even contemplate packing for anyone else. Granted I was a good packer when that is what I did for a living. I never "mal"ed anyone But this is a whole different ball game and until I prove myself as worthy in rigging, I would recommend taking your reserve to a qualified rigger like Hookitt I wouldn't want you to die Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires."     Uhh, Thanks Sketchy for thinking of me but, I've already got that one covered. My friend Tom Gade is going to teach me and he's down in Monterey. He is not free but he is a friend of mine and is giving me what I think is a very reasonable "teacher's discount". Of course he doesn't see it as a discount just cause he is ultra cool.     OK so I am all for Chicks Rule AFF. Bonnie, Jen & Lany ? (AKA Bon-Bon, NoShit & PlayThing) I've met Bonnie once or twice, I think it would be fun. Or Hookitt would be entertaining too. Or Hookitt and Bonnie... Whoever takes Plaything ... something must be done about this shitty weather!!! Don't know about Lodi but Bay Area sucks right now. I am incommunicado from the 26th through the 2nd of January. Other than that, I just need to learn to rig and get ready for mine and Dakota's move across the country. Whoo Hoo!     Kaz, I have some jumper friends who swear by this hypnotist in Illinois. They said they went a couple times and that was it, they never craved a cigarrette again. One guy smoked for over 10 years and I'm not sure how long the other two smoked for. If you want more info I can contact one or more of them and find out the hypnotist's name but all three were quite successful and haven't smoked since (as far as I know). In fact one guy, you may even know, his name is Norge Roi. He is a big way organizer and was our 16 Way team captain in 2002. Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires." My mom and I can make a mean Christmas dinner. I'm outta here on the 26th though, off to Missouri to see my skyhottie! But then I will be back for a couple weeks on the 2nd after the New Year ...     Hell that isn't even a toss up. Going to the DZ.com Boogie for sure. And I would say skydiving with Bush at the Boogie would be the ultimate, but I've seen video of his Dad skydiving and ummm ... well ... , ummmm .... let's just say, not a pretty sight so I think I'd pass.     Wow, super cool Nebulae pics Vinnie and Quade. Thanks! I took Astronomy a while back and remember learning all about Nebulae, but I can't remember much about what causes them. Quade mentioned a star blowing up, that sounds about right but can someone refresh my memory? I think I remember there being like 3 types or something. I remember seeing a horseshoe nebula ... am I on the right track here or completely pulling this stuff out of my ass? Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires."
