Hey, these days, a girl needs protection. Only one was for me, a couple of friends jumped in on the order. We thought we would save on shipping costs that way (as $10 US is like $1000 canadian ), but Tony shipped it for free anyway.

Too much of the bar scene entering into raving and noone to teach them. Years ago there was alot of trance and Happy Hardcore. As far as I know now, it is really turning to Jungle and D&B.

Ack....you just had to ask! I am freezing my butt off here (-19 celsius) and it hasn't stopped snowing in almost 4 days! AND, to top it off, my car died so I am bussing it to work. lol lol But, it has given me more time to stay inside and have sex....so there are some benefits. Tee

I have been out of it for a couple of years, but Vancouver has an AMAZING vibe. Alberta used to have a great scene too but now it is so mainstream....I miss the hush, hush underground days. It's great that the music is widely recognized through the after hours clubs and such now, but the whole vibe of the parties is lost because of the wave of new people that are in it for all the wrong reasons and just don't understand the "roots" of raving.

I couldn't agree more. My first dealings with them was when I bought my gear from SkymonkeyOne. The gear needed a cypress so I got a new one from Tony at a GREAT price. Chuck had it installed and the rig sent to me in no time! (thanks Chuck) My next purchase was 3 Dytters, without even asking Tony gave me a deal on them AND paid for the shipping. They run an EXCELLENT business!

I was a raver years ago too and that could be what quite possibly turned me off of night clubs. At a rave, everyone, sober or not, was friendly to everyone and not in a sort of way where they were hitting on you. You just got up, danced by yourself, took in the vibe and the music and great time with EVERYONE!.

And being a girl myself....AWESOME ADVICE!!! As for the nice guy fasad not getting you any girls. Don't change. It may not work in your late teens/early 20's because girls that age aren't necessarily looking for a long term man, they are wanting a "bad boy" guy to just have fun. But later on, when girls are looking for a life partner, trust me, they will be looking for the nice guy. I married a bad ass....now I am divorced....found myself a nice guy and life is soooooooooooooo much better! Tee

So, I have decided to get my sweetie a DVD player for his birthday. (Isn't it great how when you live together these presents can benefit the BOTH of you. ) But I'm not sure which options to look for....DVD/VCD/CD Player/CD-R/RW playback/MP3 Decoders/S-video or component video output/Audio output/Surround sound options....HELP!!! I would appreciate your input on this. We do have the surround sound system and digital capabilities on our TV so I would like to maximize those as well. Thanks guys!!! Tee

Awesome news! There is nothing better then to be able to share something you feel so passionate about with the one you love. My sweetie is a jumper too, so I know from experience how great it can be.

I am thankful for: my sweetie & family being able to livelife so that I feel ALIVE (skydiving, sex, SCUBA, motorbikes etc. would all fall in this category.

Bah ha ha ha ha! I have been looking for a word for my holiday decorating style and that would totally be it!!! I even had to get a mantle built for my fireplace in my new house especially for christmas so there is a place to hang the stockings! Tee

This is true, we cannot assume that the other people are always looking out for us. As skydivers we also have a job to make sure that others see us too. Unfortunately, every skydiver under canopy has a blind spot (above and behind them) and even more unfortunate is that some jumpers don't seem to stay out of that which may have been the case in this situation.

So is my nephew and he is 3! He picks up magazines and says "boobies" and totally checks out all of the womens boobs. My sister-in-law is quite worried about this and asked my brother if she should be or if it is a phase and my brother just answered, "It's nothing to worry about, I am 29 and I still think that way!"
