Well, when the doctors already inform you that she can't consent to sex, it's probably a good idea to keep your 80-year-old dick in your pants... ...but no, this guy just stops by for quickie, closes the curtain and bangs his wife out with another patient in the room and then just takes off after only visiting for 30 minutes - what a creep... I don't blame her daughters one bit... He banged her for 30-minutes? Damn! Chuck I'm starting to feel a bit uncomfortable with my description... Who knows if the daughter lied, as stepchildren with a grudge are prone to do. From the affidavit: How does that contradict what I wrote? My bad, It doesn't... ..but it should be noted that even if the daughter lied to the doctors/staff, they still had almost two months of observation on which to base the determination.     I'm wondering - If the cop honestly believed that the guy took his taser, would he've been legally justified shooting the suspect? The video showed something falling on the ground - presumably the taser? Perhaps the cop thought the guy had possession of the taser and then shot him - but when he couldn't find it by the body, he was like "oh, shit" and then searched for it and planted it near the suspect?     I don't think people care about that as much. We hear about it all the time. If I turned on the tv right now, I could probably find 3 shows where bad guys are running away from cops...that's what bears do, they shit in the woods. Nobody cares about that except maybe the lawyer that's going to represent the city in a civil lawsuit and try to save them some money. Tho I have my problems with the overreaching arm of the law, I generally agree with the majority of your posts - but I'm just not sure what you're trying to accomplish by emphasizing this particular point so boldly... You'd think by now we could just be honest and say, look - I don't mind providing a service to you, but I wouldn't be comfortable if it involves participating or promoting an event/idea that conflicts with my belief system...
