When I had stitches I just put some Bacatracin (sp) on them. It helped a little with the itching. I would suggest calling your doctor to see if there is anything else to use. I think 7 days on a boat with anyone in the Bahamas would be a great time. But, my parents never go on week-long vacations so I know they won't be asking me to go anywhere. I just wish I could have the house to myself for a week-that would be nice. Living back at home again is slowly wearing on my nerves. I didn't even know about the policy. But, when I signed up for AFF (set to begin next month) they told me I needed to do a tandem first. I already did a few last summer/fall, so I don't need another. I'm glad I did it that way. I was far too overwhelmed (and scared shitless) on the first tandem. Can't imagine if it was AFF level one instead. The death toll is now at 95. I just spoke with my friend again and he started telling me about what he saw happen. Absolutely horrible. I can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like. Events like this really make you think - at least they make me think. I'm going to go hang out with him and his girlfriend tonight and give him the biggest hug that I can and let him know just how much I love him.
