  1. We had one friend that was always passing out early in the night, right in the middle of the party that was going on. I don't think I can count how many times he was shaving creamed or wrote on. One night he woke up while some one was shaving creaming his face. He got pissed and went to sleep in his truck. He must have accidentaly put the car in neutral or something because a few hours later his truck was in the middle of the road. Thankfully no one was injured. 2. Some brands of frozen pizza are real cheap too. I used to eat them all of the time when I first moved out of my parents house. When they would go on sale for $1 each I would stock up on them. Ramen noodles was another thing I ate a lot of - which has been mentioned in nearly every response so far. 3. I loved this book too when I read it. I think it may have been junior high when we had to read it for English class. I re-read it a few years ago and still enjoyed it. When I was in kindergarten or early elementary I really like The Cat in the Hat and some Sesame Street book. I think it was called There is a Monster at the End of the book or something like that. 4. I've only been to the Six Flags in NJ. It's a lot of fun with lots of fun rides. I would go there. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

    MP3 Players

I would like to buy an MP3 player and I have no idea what to look for in one. Does anyone have any suggestions on what brand to buy or what features to look for? I don't want to spend a lot of money on one either. I mainly want one for when I travel and go to the gym. AFF Grads

Congrats to both of you! "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  7. I too did a tandem last summer just to see what it was like. I ended up doing 2 more in the fall. I just signed up for AFF and am starting early April. I'm scared, nervous, and excited to start. But, I was happy that I did a few tandems first to see what it was like. I think, for me anyway, that jumping into AFF would have been sensory overload. I'll just have to see if those tandems helped any in a few weeks. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

  10. This is how I am usually given directions. No wonder I always get lost. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

  12. Congratulations! What's her name? "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  13. I like the stupid comedies like Dumb and Dumber and American Pie. There is a really funny movie in the theater right now called Old School. I have gone to see it twice - which I never usually go to the movies anyway. I couldn't stop laughing. ACCENTS

I like talking to people from different places and hearing their accent. Some people say that I have Boston accent - I don't think that I do though. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

    Happy

I'm happy because tomorrow is Friday. I put an offer on my first home today (just a small vacation house in NH). I got a nice bonus from work last week. That's about it for right now. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  17. Cool. I am starting AFF at Jumptown on April 5th. I can't wait. I just need to get myself a tent or I will be sleeping in the car that night. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  18. What DZ do you jump at? For some reason I can't view your full-profile or I would have checked for myself. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  19. I'm a little late in responding to this post. But, at any rate. I lived with my parents when I was in college. It was mainly a financial decision. I had to take loans out for school and it did not make sense to me at the time to spend a lot of extra money to live in a dorm. Now that I just started paying those loans back I am so happy that I decided not to live in a dorm. Sure, I may have missed out on some experiences and what not, but, in the end I still have degree. To me this was the intended end result. Re AggieDave: I see nothing wrong with a person going to undergrad and grad school at the same college. I did it. My college offered a program that cut off an entire year of undergrad. I was able to get my BA and MBA in 5-yrs (well it took me 6). But, in the end it saved a little time and a lot of money. 20. I would contact her. Especially where you two grew up together and shared so many years and memories. I think that she would really appreciate. May even help her to remember some of the good times that she and her dad had shared since you were around for many of those years. cool website!

I haven't been to that many places. I did go to Hawaii (just Oahu) last June and I enjoyed the coast of Big Sur more than that. I'm hoping to get back out there within the next year. Until then I will just continue looking at all my pictures. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

    cool website!

Thanks for posting this. I was out in California last September and drove down the coast. I fell in love with it. Especially the area around Big Sur. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  23. In my state (MA) your insurance does not go up for your first ticket. It will prevent you from moving down points for a couple of years though. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  24. I got a 113 - not too bad. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  25. I'll probably just go to a local bar. Never was big on the green beer or anything like that. I save being green for the next day at work. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
