That is an example of how Israel is not fighting an all-out war. Germany tried to blockade England, and to the extent possible, the Allies tried to blockade the Axis powers during WWII. Not even food would have been allowed in, because it was a real war, and starving the civilian population was part of OK. It matters not to me that Israel may not have been allowing clothes in through their border with Gaza.
