What does it show under people's names and title lines? Is there a broken image or just nothing? If you're viewing in Flat mode then the name of the poster, title (newbie, old hand etc) will be on the left of the post... is that where it is? Safe swoops Sangiro

Heya all, A while ago we installed SpamAssassin to help manage the high volumes of spam users are receiving at their dropzone.com email addresses. Here are a few easy steps to set up a filter that will take care of 95% of the spam you receive: To set up a filter, from your email interface go to: Options -> Advanced Filters Click on "Add new" to create a new filter. Set up one of the two filters below: 1) Delete all messages marked as spam before they are delivered. To do this, use the following settings for your spam filter: If Subject contains *****SPAM***** then: Delete it If you use this method, messages will be deleted from the server before they are delivered to you. You will never see them, they will not be sent to your Trash folder. 2) Route all messages marked as spam to a "Junk" folder. To do this, use the following settings for your spam filter: Create a folder called "Junk" (or any other creative name you come up with!) If Subject contains *****SPAM***** then: Move to Folder: Junk If you use this method, then messages will be routed to your custom folder. You have to manually delete them from there. After you delete them here they will appear in your Trash folder. remember to empty that from time to time. Make sure you only have one of these filters running. The choice is yours delete them before they ever get to you or sort them to a folder of your choice.

Ray, These seem to be going out OK. Check your Hotmail junk folders if this is not being sorted to one of those... If you have another email address (i.e. your dropzone.com email address), try that one for a while to see if this is Hotmail related. Safe swoops Sangiro

Also, in the top right corner of the screen, just above the posts, there a button that says "View Threaded" If seeing who's talking to whom is very important to you try that view. You can turn it back to "View Flat" again if you don't like it. You can set the default way you see the forums by going to "Edit Profile" and "Display Settings" Safe swoops Sangiro
