  1. At deployment time the Tandem master wraped his student and the fall rate accelerated. The Videographer had popped up a little bit to get a shot of the canopy as it opened when it went by him. This left the videographer high and in front of the soon to be
  2. Hey Ian, Just looked at your post again and spotted the IP address you have next to Dropzone.com (at the very top). That changed about 2 weeks ago from 69.28.204.81 to 216.18.5.81. (There are 2 others but this seems to be the relevant one for you). Not sure if you guys use some sort of IP/domain caching or if the nameserver you are hitting is just really slow but when you do a traceroute www.dropzone.com should not be associated with the IP you have on there anymore. That one has been retired and will indeed come up dead. Ask your IT guys if they do local IP/domain caching. If so, then it's time to refresh. Safe swoops Sangiro
  3. I don't quite make sense of this... What do you mean your "email is off"? What "block" do you have on the which PMs? Daily archives for those forums you subscribed to are sent to the email address in your provile. Nothing to do with PMs. Unsubscribe to all of them and the emails should stop.

  5. So why don't you just unsubscribe to all 25 of them again...dude? I just checked and you're subscribed to all the forums. See FAQ below: http://www.dropzone.com/content/Detailed/342.html Safe swoops Sangiro
  6. PM me your work IP. Chances are I may have banned the IP block from the site in response to some scam. In some cases I have banned entire IP blocks where I see repeated scam attempts coming from them. Your (innocent) work IP may be in a block like that. Safe swoops Sangiro
  7. After an uneventful opening and swooping-approach the jumper started a steep 180°-turn in 80 meters. Because it was too low, the jumper couldn't flare it out before impact. She died at the place of accident.

  10. Jen, I seriously suggest you use this forum to talk to people, not about them. While you're not technically breaking a forum rule with this poll you did manage to burn all your credit with me. Tread very carefully for a while. Safe swoops Sangiro
  11. Thanks Jason. I'll stick this to the top for a while.
