Heya all, I've created a new forum to report, discuss and learn from fatal and non-fatal Incidents. The sole purpose of this forum is to educate and to learn. I would expect that most, if not all, threads here will start with the report of an actual incident. If you have a general safety question, please continue to post it in the Safety and Training Forum. Incidents include: malfunctions, cutaways, wraps, collisions, crash landings.... I trust everyone will use their good judgment before starting a thread or disposing of advice. In case of a fatality please post your condolences to the Talkback forum and keep this forum for discussion. It's a topical forum so please stick to the topic. Keep it civil please. OK folks... the silly little icons that you can select when you do a post is about do get culled. (bug, mug, newspaper etc) Which ones should stay or should get added? I may add more icons that you can actually use in your posts. I will probably add an icon that allows you to show that your post has an attachment. I want these to be functional and not only add "noise" to how the forums look. Which other ones makes sense? I would like to clean up the look and feel...

I did not break the world up into all the possible regions that exist. I choose a few high-level ones and organised everything under that. I'll look at changing that in the future... for now, please list it where it's sorted under. Safe swoops Sangiro
