OK here it goes---wish it was planned but we had a very new maybe 4 flights who was to set base - she didn't turn left 90 soon enough so as the base was still on line of flight as the others were heading to join the flock thinking it was heading the opposite direction. This was not a stunt it was a close call which changed how all of the other flocks were planned for the rest of the weekend. 1st off high speed passes out of the van are not the best exit procedure for bigger flocks due to seperation caused by everyone trying to pop above the plane. This seperation causes others to not be so aware of direction of the intended base which can lead to near head on collisions. Luckily everyone was ok and Perry was able to fold up and shoot through the gap -- it made for a cool but scary fly by. I would never even with the best of flyers try to duplicate this again - I was wigged out a little by the way the whole thing happened. I would estimate the cloing speed to be near 175mph -thats a guess- which misjudging by inches 2 seconds out could spell a double fatality. I posted the video as requested for the purpose of showing how fast closing speeds could be with wingsuits - I was shocked it took so long for someone to step up to the plate and say how dangerous it could be. Another Texas event - this one is centrally located in Texas for the most part. well its over now --- We made a few jumps -- I got hit square in the face by Chuck we than rolled around in the mud got up got drunk. For and old guy he was able to stay up pretty late but me and the Professor had to put him to bed--- Mr Cocktaillo can't hang!!!!!! I believe I remember him asking for his blanky and some Centrum Silver and not being seen again. It was only 4:00am ---- Professor and I drank a few more and were on the 9:00 am load -- but thats how we DO BUSINESS!!!! It would be good to know what type of canopy and what is the average wing loading. Where I teach we use Solo mains which are designed to be almost impossible to stall when lightly loaded (Skymasters are the same also) therefore you can flare the student higher if they have been sluggish on other actions without the worry of stall if their reaction times get faster on landing. I know of other DZs using Saber2's where a stall is more prevelant. Just my thoughts The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Wingsuit flying has been known to cause the male 'member' to grow at great lenghts while flying and than retract quickly during the opening sequence. I would go out on a limb here and say you Veter were slapped by your 'peter'!!!! It happens to me all the time PS-- I know I have left myself wide open here so bring it!!!!!!!! with 27 jumps you should bring at least 1 case per weekend until you have 100 jumps. You will do something for the first time every weekend. After jump 100 bring 2 cases every other weekend until 500 jumps --- then make excuses for why not to bring beer and point out to the newbies they owe beer - and for God sake be creative when making up the bullshit The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
