Honestly, I do not think the problems are with the lens. It is a F3.5-5.6 with great optics. You may want to look firstly at the ISO you were taking pictures at. If it was ISO 100 at sunset you would need flash, and not the little one that came on top of the camera. You may want to jack the ISO up to 400 or 800. Use manual, and use the metering system in the camera. That lens though is not exactly a 2.8 lens but it should be fine. Also think about investing in a 550EX for those sunset shots. The fill flash is good for about 3 ft (sarcasm) but not much more. Great camera though. ~Chachi

My biggest advice would be to use lots of light. I know a lot of consumer digital cameras have low light issues and if you only use the flash the pictures tend to have blown out the skin tones. I know light is not condusive to the mood in certain cases but you want good images over mood in this case. Keep it professional and tasteful. I think you can show her in a very sexy way doing something cool but not make it look cheesy porn. PM me for specific questions. ~Chachi

PArt Two: I got the new chip installed late last night and as soon as I opened it up I got the look from my girlfriend that basically said if you sit there for more than 30 seconds I am going to kick your ass. It did open though so problem one solved. More to follow. As far as difference I would go to Adobe website and download the Premiere Pro intro video showing all the major upgrades. Well, I got the software, I installed it, I was planning on playing on it all night. Then I find out it doesn't like my AMD Athlon 1 gig. I call Adobe and the guy on tech support doesn't think it should be a problem. Then I look at the forums and discover I'm not the only one having problems with a proccessor error message regarding SSE or some BS. It looks like I have to go buy a new processor, it will work on any AMD XP 1600 or greater. Just an FYI at this point. Let me play around a bit and let you all know what I think. ~Chachi

I went to the opening of the Tony Hawk Huck jam last night in Vancouver and all I can say is go. Go GO Go Go Go. It was awesome!!! The lighting / projection rig was awesome and the guys made it worth it. These guys went hard at the start. Matt Hoffman smoked in but came back. Well here it is, I have no problem justifying my request if I am going to give someone a bad review. I had a tailor measure me and it was the same person that measured me and it was the same measurements as my Firefly camera suit. When I got the suit I used it a couple times in Arizona and Karen asked what I thought of it. I told her I liked it although it seemes a little big. Well I mostly did cmaera in Eloy and had very little opportunity to use the suit and evaluate it. I got home and went like 4 months till jumping season here and then started using the suit. Well it is a lot to big. It would fit someone about 3-4 inches taller in the body then I am and it is very baggy around and too slow. I sent her an email and explained it. I neither got fat nor skinny over the winter and when I explained this she said she would not only charge me but suggested it may be in my best interest to start over. Well that was it Firefly managed to build me the perfect suit based on my measurements and I know they would have fixed it if it didn't fit properly. I ordered a freefly suit not a pair of big coveralls and that is what I got. As far as durability and patter and the look, those are all great but I am now going to go pay someone a bunch of money here to see if they can fix it and that doesn't sit well with me. So that is the scoop and whoever wrote that there are lots of people that would make sure thier customer was happy that is true and I have found that Michigan, Firefly, Tony, Bev.....etc would do that and Karen from freedommeanschoice didn't so I feel I should pass on my evaluation. ~Chachi

It does not write to disk near as fast from what I have read meaning that you may take a 4 frame burst and think you are taking more pictures but really you are still waiting for it to recycle. ~Chachi

Well, I did write a review including emails but only the written portion of what I wrote got posted. Basically it turned out not to fit properly but because I told her I at first liked it mainly due to it being a great looking suit she told me after I complained about fit I would have to pay 35US per hour for her to repair it. About 3 hours would be needed because it was built to long and wide in the chest. Zero after sales service is the reason I would not buy or suggest someone buying one. ~Chachi

I use a Firefly freefly camera suit for all types of video and it is the best suit I have ever used. Do not in any way order a freedommeanschoice jumpsuit. I don;t think they make a camera suit but whatever don't order from them. ~Chachi
