  1. First off, in answer to the original post, a simple, yet strong, NO. This is exactly what I thought. The Mach III was the best shaver I had ever found. Smooth, close shaves, and a second shave didn't kill my face. Well, you all know how much of a pain it is to clean these razors if you wait a few days to shave. There is nothing worse than having a few hairs stuck in between the blades, that you don't notice until the next shave. Ouch! Those couple of hairs make it feel like you tried to shave with a freakin steak knife! Well, a few months ago, I ran out of blades for my Mach III. I needed to shave right away, as my wife and I were going out for the night. I figured, what the hell she always used my razors without asking, MY TURN! I had bought her a Venus some time before, which by the way, is basically the womans version of the Mach III. WOW! Closer than the Mach, and Waaaaay easier to clean! The Venus has a very open top, and rinses clean quite easily. You women have been holding out on us! Needless to say, I now just buy blades for the Venus, for both of us. It's your life, live it! 2. wow. How time changes. Here is is December and I am now a brilliant Auburn Sunset blaze red. As long as you are still cracking that whip..... It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  3. Not exactly....Though bribery is helpful... It's more like he had better be ready to drink the case... Actually, that's all her. In just the few times she's been with me while I was jumping, she's already developed the "If you don't skydive, you ain't shit" attitude. Snif, brings a tear to my eye... It's your life, live it! 4. Stoop? Low? It's not like I'm forbiding my daughter from going to the dark side.....It's just that I'll need to be selective about with who.... She said yesterday that she didn't like her "boyfriend" in school anymore. When I asked why, she said "Because he said he would never be stupid enough to jump out of an airplane, or let his girlfriend do it either." I laughed so friggin hard! It's your life, live it! 5. Uh oh....we might have to do some match making... Only if your son is interested in both RW and FF. She's keeping her options open. Also, if he doesn't want to jump, she doesn't want him.....she hates those damn whuffos! It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  6. Replying to yourself is a nice start, but not quite there.... Now, if you were to reply to someone replying about you replying to yourself, get a reply, and reply back.....well then, maybe..... It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

  8. My 8 year old girl, as I posted before.... She wants to skydive soooo bad. Half the battle is waiting. She's in my Vector, and I'm working on getting some pics of my kids with both my rigs.....maybe an "exit" shot? Clay, your boy is 7 huh? My daughter goes for those younger guys..... 9. Well, it took Charter a while to get their pipeline service here fairly straightened out, and I haven't had a serious outage in at least 4 or 5 months. That said, the prices are outragous. I'm stuck with a 250k dl(yea, we get capped lower, AGAIN) and a 128k upstream at almost $50 a month! Up until now there has been NO broadband competition in this area. Things they are a changing! I'm giving Charter one last chance to offer me a better deal (I don't want to have to change my main email, again). You see, the CITY here decided to get into the broadband market. They are offering a meg bi-directional (yea, a full meg upload AND download) wireless for $32 a month. If Charter can drop prices/raise my cap speed to stay competative, I'll stay with them. If not.....wireless, here I come! It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1
  10. Well, I'm a skydiver, so really, I'm trying to overcome this intelligence with stupidty.....but damn, I think the adreneline stimulates the brain too.... Seriously, how many skydivers do you know, at least ones that stay a safe distance from "dumbing down" drugs, that are not intelligent? OK, a few, but the smart people seem to outweigh the dumb ones, at least around me.....or is that just who I "choose" to hang around???? On that aspect, why do those of higher than normal intelligence seek out ways of possibly ending their lives early? I don't know, but I'm not stopping.... It's your life, live it! 11. Totally ignoring everything that was posted, and only addressing your subject... As far as I am concerned, have been concerned, or will be concerned, ever year that I am here is a good one. 12. OK, that tells me something...I'm 9/16 German, 1/4 Irish, 1/16 Danish, 1/16 Pennsylvania Dutch, and 1/16 Cherokee Indian. Really, that's how the "tree" breaks down. My family always complains too, they say I eay very Danish. (I eat once course at a time, period. I could have 5 different items on my plate, and they all get eaten one thing at a time, with the main course last.) They also equate my outgoing attitude and sometimes insane behavior with the Cherokee blood. The German and Irish....hmmmm, where's that drunken icon? It's your life, live it! 13. ambidextrous The writing from my left hand ain't pretty, but it's still better than many right handers. I shoot bow and guns both ways. I bowl with either hand (I actually had to establish an average with each hand, when my right thumb had a "boo boo"). What freaks my wife out is eating.... I eat mainly with my right hand, but when it comes to things such as steaks, I put the fork in the left hand, knife in the right, cut and eat away, never missing a beat! She has to put the knife in her right, fork in her left, cut, put the knife down, pick up the fork with her right, and eat....and repeat over and over and over. I had her try my way once. WOW! First try she totally missed her mouth with the fork, and the second she forgot which hand had the fork, and damn near shoved a steak knife down her throat! Oh, a buddy of mine has a VW Passat (I think) he brought back with him from Germany. Freaks him out that I can switch sides driving a stick without skipping a beat. He said it took him months to learn to shift with his left hand! It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

  15. Dude, I had to look really close, and it sure was hard, but I managed to make out a frap hat hanging from a loosened chest strap. EDIT:Loosened tandem harness chest strap.... She's got gear on alright. What I want to know is why she waited till the plane was empty! It's your life, live it! Karma RB#684 "Corcho", ASK#60, Muff#3520, NCB#398, NHDZ#4, C-33989, DG#1

  18. Ahhh, now that was a 6 Pack. My 'Cuda had a fresh 340 4bbl when i got it, and less than 2000 miles later, a rod cap decided to leave the engine via the drivers side of the engine block. The rebuilder of that engine obviously didn't know what plasti-gauge was. Dropped in a weak 360 for a temporary powerplant, then my Dad gave me the 440 out of his Roadrunner (it wasn't original in there either). God was that car fun after that! Had to sell it for financial reasons (fucking bill collectors), and that's the reason the Roadrunner is still sitting sans engine. It's your life, live it! 21. That's a Chevy term! Blasphemy! Sure-Grip OK, so I'm being anal.....I grew up with Mopars....never knew them as "Classics" or "Muscle Cars" back then, just "Our Cars". Then I grew up, got to knoew them very well, inside and out, by turning wrenches. Mopars are my babies. Gotta give ya credit though. You correctly labeled the 383 in the Challenger as a "Magnum", and didn't try and tell me it was a "6 Pack"
  22. Yes, I did have restraint. I'm a calm, cool, collected guy. That said, I was trying to figure out way to rig explosives into his car.... Luckily, he just took out the drivers side front fender. ever try and find replacement body parts at reasonable prices for late 60's and early 70's muscle cars? That car is long gone, but my fathers 2 cars he still has left, are going to be in my driveway eventually. The 69 Plymouth Roadrunner has no engine, and has the typical Wisconsin-salt body. I happen to have a 69 440 ready to drop in.... The 68 Plymouth GTX has a 440 Super Commando, on which he transplanted a 6 barrel race setup from a 70 'Cuda. It also has a "Wisconsin body", but also has a rust free Arizona body sitting next to it. It runs great, but has a bad tranny leak. He doesn't drive it anymore, and wants to trade it for a Harley. I'm looking for a Harley, just to give it to my Dad.... Muscle cars do not just live in our memories, they still live, you just gotta seek them out.... One of the biggest shows/swap meets in the Midwest is less than 15 miles from my house at Iola Long live the Muscle Car, and the people it has brought together! It's your life, live it!
