it's true though...if someone approaches me with an arrogant attitude I will push back. I can be the easiest person to get along with, but if someone pushes me, I will push back. I am not any better than anyone else and I will admit my faults...but if they try to use my faults to their advantage I will confront them on that. Of course, that is my work attitude. Personally, if I don't feel like an equal in a relationship I will most likely just walk away.

exactly. I *hate* arrogance...I have no room in my life for arrogant people. What you see is what you get with me...I have no need to fluff my feathers and neither should anyone else....this whole thing about being better than just kills me. Go away if that is what you are offering.

I have fun in interviews as well, because you either have easy going people, or stuffed shirts...my last interview I had 2 stuffed shirts sitting across from me, and I am the last person in the world to be intimidated by that...so I was so cool...they called in a third...blew him away...by the time I got home they offered me the job...tee hee...my boss hates it when I confront him because he is intimidated so easily...

In about an hour and a half I am off to try (for the second night) to rescue at least 3 kittens, maybe not more than 1 month old, that are living out in the cold... poor kitties. Makes me so grateful to see my kitties warm and fed indoors where they are safe.
