-
I used to do that with peanut butter...stand at the counter with a spoon.. (or pretzels, right from the jar. yummy.)
-
I forgot to add that you do need to cook it ...pretty much just throw it in a pan and scramble. VOILA!

best cure for something "coming on"...garlic and vitamin C...my cure recipe is 2 eggs, 2 large cloves garlic, chopped or grated, and fresh cut tomatoes, green peppers, onions... and 2 boca soysage patties chopped, mix all together, fresh ground pepper, salt to taste ()...for added flavor I also cut up frozen spicy fries and throw them in...yummy. serve with a tall glass of orange juice. voila. immune system booster-du jour...

Here is a pic if anyone needs a reference...

I dunno...something about Gilligan makes me want to make him cry like a baby... I'm kinda fond of a balding man though, so after I made Gilligan cry i would probably be all over Mr. Howell...

I have a few of the Farrelly's DVD's...kinda made me mad though in Me Myself and Irene they used a station in CT for the Providence Amtrak station...I used to take the Amtrak from Prov. all the time when I was younger (but whatever)...I will have to check that out...also if you notice Cam Neely usually makes an appearance somewhere (seabass) and a few other Bruins have cameos as well. (I think Reggie Lemlins butt was in the window of the plane MM&I, not sure) I thought the first hour or so of Outside Providence was just *so* funny...but Dumb and Dumber will always be my all time fav! *sorry to have hijacked the weekend #'s thread*

thanks! I was actually born 3 months after the blizzard, but my best friend growing up was born in it...so theres my story of the blizzard of 78 (ya gotta know a RI girl is already registered with projo!!!) but I remember Gloria very well... RI to me is always going to consist of my mothers silver 1982 subaru, wang chung/wham!, aquanet hairspray, really good italian bread, autocrat coffee syrup jai alai and my fathers expression "daboattaya's"...how he lovingly referred to my brother and I.

It really never does leave you...because I have been out of that state for 10 years and my family is still so funny to listen to. yup, we "tape" it, we don't record it, and we don't use a remote either; it's called a "box". I didn't know that about Galillee. We used to go there every summer because Georges has the best chowder and clamcakes. It's amazing..I moved 250 miles away and for some reason clamcakes became flat...WTF is that about?? ...or the blizzard of '78 or hurricane Gloria... I think we have sucessfully managed that one! (sorry guys) *ah* katie is going to dream of low tide and jai alai tonight...

So where in RI did you live? That attachment I added still makes me laugh my ass off because I can account for probably 99% of what it is saying...
-
I haven't seen the cam but I can recall that bug being there ever since I was born...we used to drive by it like everyday on 95...if you look closely in the movie Dumb and Dumber when they are heading out of town it is there. That bug is as synonymous as Salty Brine!

BWAHAHAHAHAA...LOL...that is so funny!!! Yes, cawfee cabinets and grinders! And Dells lemonade and awful awfuls...(have a ri'er say that!) I am so proud of my R dialect, but I learned to quickly drop the accent when I moved out of RI and all of the boys would tease me by making me say "the small dog is soft" because of course it was more like "the smowl dowg is sowft..." Now I feel I am pretty much generic, but it still escapes every now and then...thats wun-socket to you and please oh please don't call it paw-tucket! p.s. my sister went to high school with vinny paz...true story You know you are from Rhode Island.doc

*ahem*... well, not everyone from new england talks like a rural swamp yankee, thank you very much... I grew up in RI with a very thick RI accent, more like a brooklyn accent than anything else..(talk to someone from cranston...we say things like dowg, smawl, etc...) However!!! The Maine/NH hick accent is much different...and mostly only backwoods hick folk talk like that...not us flatlanders...

I have to laugh because I read this, and then I got an email from my mother...this is what happens when adults doom themselves to living together unhappily: "did you have a good day? it was so dead at work, makes for a long day. we bought our christmas tree tonight. dad wanted to go to dinner, and i wanted the tree. the tree won. it smells good. be careful, i have to do wash(he couldnt be bothered) and then i have to take a shower. love me" this is why I don't go home...
-
yeah, I know true, but fun when someone else does! ew. thanks. I think I will go shower now...I just sampled a bunch of CD's today

um..yes, yes you were...lol..someone was chewing mashed potatoes. You were arguing that mashed potatoes need not be chewed so you had no idea what the hell he was doing. Potato chewer swallowed and gave me a "Hola"...lol...it was quite funny actually.

(kate taunts jessicas squeamish nature...) I have the video of when my mother had her eyes done...she also had the beginnings of a cataract sucked out of her eye...it's pretty cool watching the tiny little precision tools they use, and in her case, they cut the flap, inserted this needle, (but it took a couple of tries to actually pierce the eye, kinda like poking a grape with a dull needle) and the needle became this vacuum and sucked out the cataract..it was so cool to watch. She actually had permanent lenses put in her eye, not lasik, but it was cool nonetheless... I take it you aren't a fan of the discovery health channel? I used to love to stay up late and watch Operation...

oh thats right. I'm sorry I forgot...
