  1. I suppse the supreme court would not have provided the attorney the conference had they thought the case had no merit. This is not goofiness you are suggesting. This is a real case and if the evidence is convincing, they'll hear the case. Their choice not any choice we have. Date has been set. And if you took the time to read the PDF you'll learn a tad more about the allegation. I give the woman credit for going after this. At least she's doing something while the rest of us are powerless. Hope they hear the case. Not fiction. A real Supreme Court Case.
  2. Well damn. If a lawyer says something then it must be true. She got an audience with the entire Supreme Court on Feb 15 for conference, announced Jan 9th. It is a private conference. They need 4 judges to agree to move forward to hear the case. Not sure about how any Justice Obama selected must recuse themselves etc. from this process. Looks pretty convincing to me. How do end up with a Connecticut Issued Social Secuity number when he was supposedly born in Hawaii. This guy is bogus. But the Kabal behind him is real. Edward Noonan, et al., v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State
  3. Fraud and Conspiracy Very interesting reading the complaint.. Looks like a criminal enterprise is running our government. http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Judd-v-Obama-final-draft-11.pdf
  4. It appears there is evidence the White House IT staff are making changes to number of votes cast on petition http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/website. OMG they removed the petition. As written just before the whitehouse removed the petition. "In the first 2 hours we have 139 signatures in the re-posted redacted petition. For the last half an hour Obama regime kept the new petition frozen, people could not post. Try going to the link and sign. If you can’t sign, please, flood the White House switch board with calls, e-mail them and demand the new petition unfrozen ASAP." https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/we-petition-barack-obama-aka-soetoro-aka-soegarkah-resign-due-his-use-forged-ids-and-stolen-ct/LSfnBpls?utm_source=wh.gov&utm_medium=shorturl&utm_campaign=shorturl Also: This whitehouse website has petitions to BAN THE SECOND AMENDMENT.
  5. Godspeed to Dr. Taitz Read the comments below her article. Other lawyers are chiming in. Maybe the lawyers and Justices can sort this out. If OBOMER falsified docs to get through the vetting process could have serious implications that our gov't is illigitimate. http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=375765
  6. It's our gov't. If THE PEOPLE feel gov't isn't working what are the alturnatives? Just lay down and take what is dished out. What if 3 million US citizens showed up in Washington DC next week protesting OBAMA's swearing in at the Supreme Court. Would that make a difference. Would the chanting fall on deaf ears. Complaining on the internet sure won't be heard but 3 million bodies in DC might have an effect. We're not screwed. We screw ourselves by not be activists and sitting back with our pants around our ankles. We are doing this to ourselves. For every horrible thing now that happens in our society, these lawmakers change rules to further deminish our rights. And no does one darn thing about it. The tyrant is smiling. Once LEO is militarized, the Second Amendment gone, 1A gone for spouting off, and Wall Street owning the gov't if they don't own it already, you'll be looking down wondering how your pants got down in the first place. By willingly allowing your trousers to drop one inch at a time.
  7. I read half of Rand's book and OH so long and wordy I quit before fininshing it. Yes the people get the gov't they deserve or the gov't the Supreme Court decides for the people. Do you think if there is sufficient evidence and facts that OBAMA did falsefy documents that the case might be heard by the Supreme Court. What is the responsibility of Courts decision to hear the case as ruled against by lower California case that judge just didn't have the power to sweep all California votes for OBAMA under the table. We'll if the person running was ineligible, then those votes don't matter anyway. I hope for the good of the country they hear the case. Totally surprised this isn't reason mainstream media. Must be the Kabal that running the country hoping no one notices.
  8. This could be bigger than Watergate. See the video. Birth certificate and social security and supposedly even OBAMA's name are not real. Imposter Case seems to be picking up steam if Supreme Court will hear case. Much evidence apparently that he's not a Natural Born Citizen. There is also an email going around that talks about the attorney submitting the case. As much as I'd like to see the Supreme Court look into this matter fully and make a decision regarding how real it is, I don't think it will happen. The liberal press hasn't reported on this and the news is 5 days old. Obama's swearing in needs put on hold until the Supreme Court determines his documents are authentic. http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nKM27IcbGs
  9. How? Just listen. OH I got it. Let the other Justices do all the work by asking pertainent questions so that you can listen to answers. Seems pretty disengaged to me. Is he sleeping during the process. I presume if no one asked any questions there'd be no need to meet. Just have argument submitted to court for answer. He has no argument that just listening is the answer as there'd be no answers if no one asked questions. Pretty dumb argument about his way of participating. I wonder now how good his arguments are in deciding actually cases after he has listened to answers from questions provided by other justices?
  10. I was surprised to see as many black people in the theater considering the content as they already know about the story of slavery. One elderly black couple (must qualify these days.. man and woman) left the theater upon one of the sceens near the end. Many sceens were brutal and some were funny. About an equal mix. QT was an actor towards the end. The movie held my interest and the best scene was the masks. Absolute hilarious. Jackson is showing his age, if he wasn't too made up and I hardly recognized Bruce Dern. Don Johnson did well as did the other characters. QT was the worst actor but only had a bit part. Definitely worth seeing if you can survive sitting that long nearly 3 hours. Blood yes and many many N words if you can stand it.
  11. So cool to be analogue. But look out, helmets complete with heads up display and earphones and rear view video cams are right around the corner as most all are walking around with their heads planted on the glass anyway.
  12. Because Bill could own Billvon.com, and control every aspect of the site. Facebook/Billvon would be owned by Facebook, and they would control it. What you're asking is similar to print advertising vs. a catalog. Why would a company want to print their own catalog when they could just run an ad in a magazine. Even if it was a multi-page spread in a popular magazine, it's limited in it's content and circulation, and someone else controls everything else surrounding the ad. A catalog is a stand-alone publication, where the comapny in question has direct contol over every aspect. I understand control of content etc., but why would GM advertise seeing them on facebook in a tv commerical on NBC when they could just point people to their own domain. I'm not getting this visit us on Facebook idea. Is the cost to place content so high on their own website that they post stuff on Facebook or are they getting more responses on Facebook than their own domain?
  13. Much of it has to do with search. Content has no value if it's not seen. If firms are gaining more click throughs on facebook than their own domain then their .com will fall away. Just looking a fundumental shifts in user activity. Currently they're destroying Youtube with the front end ads, IMHO.
  14. I just wonder though if content will get richer with increased corporate usuage. There's also huge drive towards utilizing cloud software in lue of ms and that might be tipping point. Facebook with tablet might be all you need. Google is there too with Google +. Not sure which .com will win in the long run.
  15. OMG, Yes I know they're not Web 2.0. Facebook and Twitter are domains that utilize /html extensions. Facebook/Billvon etc. My question is: why have Billvon.com when you can just as easily use Facebook/Billvon instead. There much advertising going into pointing people to Facebook/xyzcorp not visit xyzcorp.com If this is the case the whole Internet world is shifted from the .com world to a subset of .com, namely facebook.com, hence the new internet so to speak but not really. In otherwords, if everyone is on Facebook and logged into Facebook they're not anywhere else on the Internet but on facebook. Which means if everyone is on facebook better put my stuff there.
  16. I mean will FB and Twitter be the domain identifier instand of .com. Will it be Facebook/Coke instead of Coke.com, and @coke. Will you even need a website? Why not just keep your info on Facebook and abandon the .com website? Now when you select company name you have to check google, facebook, twitter as well a USPTO.... just charting trends
  17. How to survive structural failure problems in your experimental aircraft at 4,500 feet without looking too embarrassed?
  18. It seems like dotcom domains are becoming passe. Fortune 500 is directing people to their Facebook accounts, not their websites. If this is the case FB should garner much more activity and revenue via ad sales. Just wondering if I should pick up more FB stock?
  19. You’ve identified a person that, to me, should likely be a focus of whatever help can be given… There are more liberals on here than I thought. She about to lose her house, car and daughter and she's out offering guys dope. I take it you've never been around METH HEADS. RUN. Next thing she'll cozy up in the sack to get a roof over her head and then you'll have a real problem. Trust me. It's a time bomb. Tell her she needs help and give her the number and steer clear. My advice.
  20. Here's how I feel. According to current law I have the right to keep and bare an arm. Should people come on my property demanding to see, touch, feel, take my firearem I'll tell them to leave the property and if they don't leave the property the sherriff gets called to have the tresspassers removed and then my lawyer gets a call. No need to tell anyone to shut up. No sense discussing or debating guns with idiot liberals who don't know the rules.
  21. Offered you some? What a great gal. You get hooked to suffer like she does or will suffer. Give her the phone number and steer clear. There's nothing but trouble with these dopers.
  22. Oh boy. Are you a college professor. Bad market good market, closed market, market economics lean market, shoddy market etc... The world stops driving forever. What happens to your sweet crude price? Or any price of any form of petroleum no matter what market you choose to label it. No you won't get enough protestor support to hold off buying gas long enough to get price change as people have to drive to work. Besides gasco can afford not to sell gas if it doesn't worry about selling stock and paying dividends. OK see you! On to the next one.
  23. You're saying the same thing as I, free market or not. We're talking market. IF the buyers don't buy naturally then seller might lower price to gain customers back. IF buyers conspire/ protest by not buying product till price is lower would most likely have same effect. If buyers find lowest offering price, then that works to their advantage. GE does this via reverse auction technology. Same thing I"m talking about. Of course seller can withdraw. If so, buyer ups his offer price if product is needed. It comes down to who holds who hostage. The buyers of the seller, or the seller of the buyers.
  24. By a whole new federally funded system, likely under the Department of Homeland Security. Perhaps there will even be provisions allowing for warrantless searches and the like. Millions are submitting to warrentless searches at the airport each day so it's only natural home owners will allow swat teams go through their belongs at home looking for AR's. With Bloomie and his wall street buddies who own this country anyway, what can you expect that they'll want to protect their empire as best they can. The only people that will put up any resistance are those pesky patriots who don't believe in tyrants. People to the likes of Ben Franklin,George Washington, Madison, Adams, Jefferson, who thought not only about themselves but others welfare in launching and waging a revolution against a tyrant who at the time of the launch of the revolution were going through people pockets, homes, businesses etc.
  25. OK so you do agree that if people were organized in such a way they could effect the lowering of the price. We're making progress. So my question now is: if you held this belief why did you type a bunch of stuff that never reflected your consenses to the fact that if people worked together for the common goal they could get stuff done to their advantage? Here is an example of fans protesting pricing. Problem for these chaps, not everyone participated, and the action they took to protest was not effective, where boycotting the games till prices came down might have had an effect if all fans held off going. Owners had law enforcement on their side to remove protest signs from few protesters.
