  1. Again, no. WRONG. Why do you keep saying that? It was submitted to a Clerk who put it on a docket. NO SUPREME COURT JUSTICE REVIEWED IT AND MADE A DECISION TO DO ANYTHING WITH IT. I'll break it down into a very simple process for you. You mail in a petition for cert. If the Clerk cannot eliminate it on technical grounds (e.g., it's in the wrong font, it is not printed on white paper, it's not printed on black ink, they didn't pay the filing fee), then it goes on the calendar. At a conference of the Justices (which Ms. Taitz will NOT be at - nor will any other counsel), the Supremes decide which of the 10,000 per annum cert petitions they receive each year will be heard. They typically hear about 100. Saying "ZOMG the Supremes are going to hear this" is like saying "I won the lottery because I bought a ticket." It's a necessary step, but it's not the only step. If the Supremes GRANT cert, they will hear it. Until then, you have absolutely nothing of any substance. Do you understand now? I never said the SCOTUS was going to hear it on the 15th. You not reading...
  2. You seem pretty hostile and angry. I never took a position about validity of any document. My argument is: an original document of anything is better than a copy especially a copy, or a seperate paper, not even a copy where information from the original is lacking. If you disagree then that is your opinion. I respect your opinion. But the idea you take a position claiming I think Obama is bogus is wrong. Mainly because I have no opinion on the matter. Perhaps the SC won't decide to work to develope an opinion either. Does that make the Supreme Court the bad guys. If they do take up the matter does that make them Birthers? I think not. Since we are on the topic of questions: could you please tell me how a typist can put a bound book through the non electric ribbon style typewritter because the Corona typwriter I have, demonstrates it would be impossible to pass pages of a bound book through a typewriter. Plus why would any agency type up a single page, combine those pages with other papers and make a bound book out of so many birth certificates, especially when microfich was in use. Back then, most single pages were kept in folders, not collected and books made. I can tell you're pretty emotional about this topic but if you just stop and THINK for a moment, if perhaps that is possible, you might concluded yourself that it would be difficult to run a book through the roller of a corona. NOT POSSIBLE. But if you believe it possible, then that is your belief. Perhaps the Supreme Court Justice knows you can't pass a book through any typewriter that they'll wonder and ask questions regarding any documents. But who knows.
  3. I don't know how many times I have to say it. You need to see the original not a copy to be convinced that the document is real. Even Fukino proves my point. She agrees with me. She's the only one who saw it. She's retired now and no one knows where she lives. She said no one else needs to see it. . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9D4n6_Uifk
  4. Thanks for letting us know the author of the bill is not in the 3D printing business or own stock in one. While we are at it could we list all the stock Steve owns and the legislation he does support that might influence stock prices in his favor.
  5. First Term: Obama Increased Debt $50,521 Per Household; More Than First 42 Presidents in 53 Terms Combined Is it any wonder. USA is owned by wall street and they make a lot of their money off of debt money. Hoooreh for the debtors, ye bring us good fortune.
  6. They copied it when I checked in, I suppose for security deposit reasons, they took it with my credit card when I checked in and made a copy. The clerk then forgot it wherever (on the machine) I dont know....I didnt realize he didnt hand it back. I discovered it was gone the day I was scheduled to leave and went to him and asked him to look for it, but he couldnt find it. All he had was the photo copy made by him the week before when I checked in. So he made me an additional copy of that. The really fun part is I had been in Seattle at HempFest, and was dressed in a tyedye shirt that said "Hippy chicks dig me" and a big oversized pair of patchwork shorts when I went through security with no ID. I got to skip like 30 min of security line to, I have considered claiming the same thing other times since then just to see if I can skip through again, but only halfway consider it, I don't like messing with karma that way. Sorry its not bogus I don't have any sort of original copy to backup my story though, I suppose you could track the hotel clerk down and see if he remembers me and go from there. Maybe the airport still has video from that long ago. Just ETA: This was in late 2008, so well after 9/11 in case that makes a difference to you. So your license was lost and you got though the gate with a copy. In Obama instance, the first time around, Hawaii indicated there was no birth certificate as Brian requested. From that time to Feinstein approved Obama there was no birth certificate, and not even a copy was produced. So Obama got through the gate, not only with a missing birth certificate, but also with not having to present even a copy. Hence: People get through gates. I suspect, with as loyal people are to Obama, as much as people or convinced copies are as good as orginals, Obama could have announced just before this last election he was truly not a citizen, and people would have voted for him anyway. So it really doesn't matter now about any copy or orginal documents. I only surfaced the topic upon Tailz's Press release indicating the topic was scheduled for conference with SCOTUS. And have already said many time, the Supreme Court will probably never hear the complaint.
  7. Funny. You don't answer the question as you can't. Because this never happened. This is a typical example of how truths are avoided. Come up with a lie to mask the truth. Hotel person makes a copy of your license, for a reason no one knows and then gives the same thing they wanted, back to you instead of your license. Hilarious. Don't answer the question. Just blaim the questioner for asking the question. Bla Bla Bla. Same old story. You have no argument that a copy is better than an orginal in discovery of authenticity of any record. NO ARGUMENT. (I'm not shouting either. Just highlighting so that you'll see the words.) NO ARGUMENT.
  8. The question is for BIGNUGGET. You say you got through airport security with copy of your drivers license. Why did the the hotel person copy your license to begin with. And why were you given the copy only. Why didn't the person hand you the license? Why did you accept a copy? when you'd expect to be handed the licnese. Your story appears is bogus just to prove your point that you got through airport security with a copy.
  9. You must define what you are arguing. If you believe that a COPY of anything is good to prove authenticity then that is your belief. I don't have a problem with you or anyone else that holds that belief. I happen to believe that looking at the orginal is a better idea. Thats it. Nothing more, nothing less. Now come on, use some sense about this. If you were conducting an investigation of anything, would you not rather look at an original? I'm not even talking about Obama now, just looking at documents. I know a cop wants to see your license. The person at the airport counter wants to see your bound passport. NEVER WILL THEY ACCEPT A CERTIFIED COPY OF YOUR LICENSE OR PASSPORT WITHOUT INQUIRING FURTHER. They'll say, OK nice copy. Where is the ORIGINAL? Producing the original might end the conversation about any COPY. End of conversation. Or a simple explanation will end the conversation. Unless the person you are explaining the situation to is a crazy lunatic who is convinced everything you say is a lie. To use your example. I was traveling in Seattle and the hotel guy copied my ID and never gave it back and I didnt notice. So when I get to the airport to fly home....NO ID.all I had was the copy the hotel made...I explained the situation to this TSA kid at the start of the security line. He scanned my bag for bomb materials, and took me through security personally and got me right through....so....yea you can certainly get on with a copy. As long as the TSA kid isn't a FOX watcher. I should have know about airport stuff considering what I've seen they let through.... This demonstrates exactly what I'm talking about: some people believe it's OK to accept copies. Thanks for letting me know that. I'll make a few copies of all my records in case I lose the actual document. No problem. Education > Ignorance. Happy to help. Ignorance upon ignorace as people don't ask questions. OH I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the USA and never has a hotel ask to have my license so that they could make a copy. NEVER. Why did they make a copy? And why did they give you the copy as you already had a license? You got a phony story brewing... Why would there have been a reason for the hotel person to give you a copy and your license back, where they forgot to give you the license? Doesn't make sense. Sounds fishy

  11. Modern Japanese warrior society WWII was modeled after Book of Five Rings. Just google it and you'll get to the most famous warrior...

  13. The same way I end up with a Florida issued SSN when i was born in Canada. SSN numbers have nothing to do with where you are born. The conspiracy theory is bunk and even if it was proven beyond ANY reasonable doubt, you would still not believe it. One can choose to believe or disbelieve any thing about any topic they want. I'd have to touch, see, smell the bound book from which the scan was made and digitally photoshoped to apply the tamper proof grid prior to distribution and then labled: Genuine COPY of the orginal birth certificate record. A copy is not the origina. All people on the face of planet know this. So if people want to trust their belief on a copy that was certified by another human as authentic, that is their belief. Criminal investigators don't use copies. They look at originals. It doesn't make one difference if he was born in HI or on the moon. And the chances of anyone attempting to get him out of office due to any birth requirement or elgilbility has since long past.
  14. Jeep with all those off road lights. They have to be covered here or you get a ticket.

How can they attack us from Mali? The likes of M. Atta are long gone. They simply want us out of their neighborhood. Same old story. Westerners taken oil and not providing any money to the locals.
  16. Scary thing is anyone owning a gun, buying a gun or ammo is SUSPECT.
  17. That was Cheney the Evil one. He restructured gov't and took the DOD budget off line mainly to line his own pockets. Rendition flights to black holes. GAO said a billion in cash on pallets was sent to Iraq and no one knows what happened to it. Any tyrant will control communications first, then all hell breaks loose. That's why its pretty scary to have small group control communications as we all know the power. Obama spent far more in ads than Romney and ads were more effective. Up next is SEC letting wall street to advertise their deals openly to the public. HOLD ON TO YOUR POCKET BOOK. The next wave of financial crimes are coming.
  18. You may be interested in the work on John Calhoun. http://www.cabinetmagazine.org/issues/42/wiles.php Yep. I use to live near the person. Best research ever and it's mostly forgotten. I've seen dramatic change. So has the world. Easter Island.. .clear case of this example and Haiti. Haiti wouldn't exist if it wasn't fed from the outside. We'll have 9 billion by 2050, Good luck.
  19. Much not reported. Most all violence after midnight. More of an overpopulation problem than anything.
  20. You can't take a picture of what's not there. Shorts that is. It's all there believe me
  21. Are you saying it's okay to do nothing? to begin with, this is not a gun problem. It's a people problem (perhaps more exactly a mental health problem). frankly, unless I'm confidant that the measures taken would have the effect of reducing what we want to reduce, and not have other adverse effects that we aren't thinking about yet, I would say yes, it would be ok to not change gun control laws. We simply have to look at some of the plants/animals that have been imported from other areas of the world in order to solve particular problems in north america, to see what havoc they can cause without any natural checks. Doing a kneejerk 'something' without knowing that it would have the effect you want, (and only that effect, in this case for example not increasing the number of home invasions or violent assaults due to increased confidence among thugs that civilians will not be armed) is not a viable solution. Japan Tsunami. Unbelievable the damage this will cause. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/18/japan-tsunami-debris-hawaii-fridge_n_2502019.html?utm_hp_ref=green
  22. What I wrote was "create wealth (in the broadest sense)" Nice try at misquoting, though. Its a pretty naive viewpoint. Accountants and Auditors are there to keep business and people (engineers, scientists alike) honest and ensure they have integrity. Probably little known fact, but the Higgs boson project was financially viable because of CPAs. I don't know about you, but integrity & honesty is part of wealth creation. Shc So is dishonesty so long as you don't get caught and even when you get caught you might not have to pay back nearly the wealth you got. Lance Armstrong--- worth $100m
  23. I know one thing, with all this proposed talk of legislation, bans, etc., guns and ammo producers can't even keep up. Over the counter ammo is out of stock in my area a hundred mile radius. Dicks, Walmart kaput. Plus with all the old ladies and teachers in the gun shop buying pistols, there's a huge waiting period as ATF can't even handle all the applictions. And as newbies buy guns and what ammo there is left, they'll want to go to the range and shoot so try getting a bench! Better take up a hobbie that is less problematic than shooting sports. OUT OF AMMO.
  24. To clarify, violence of the first INNOCENT victim the reason the perp ended up on death row to begin with where he killed two other inmates. If this was not clear.
  25. Can we just put this quote up on all gun discussion threads as, really that's the problem. Can't legislate against unpredictability, sane to insane etc. We can watch for indicators that might lead people to believe someone presents a threat but absolutely know one knows when they'll be a threat.
