    HAs anyone had a problem with the pro tracks battery cover cracking and not holdong the batteries tight in it. I have been going through batteries left and right do to this problem. If anyone has had this problem what did you do about it.

    I got the adaptor that was posted on this post. Can you run me through how to hook it up and what are the steps you take after you have edited the video on Imoive. Do you just hit export and will that work or is there more steps. Would love it if you would run through the steps to take... THANKS

    then all you have to do is type the name of the song and its artist in that space right... And that will apear on the itunes list THANKS A LOT

    Can someone help me and tell me after you put a CD in and download the tracks you like from that cd to itunes, How do you type the name of the track and the artist it is bye in the space. All mine says is track 1 and i would like to get the names on it..

    What if the DZO is the one running it but you are a sub-contractor like most DZ's have. How do you go about claiming your stuff you buy?? I live in Indiana.. I have heard of people doing this all the time i am just woundering how you all have gone about doing something like this..

This season I am running my photography for the DZ as my company and was woundering form those of you who already do this how I go about or you go about claiming all the stuff you buy for the season. I do save all the receipts and invoices for this tax season. But did you go get a tax ID # or how did you do it.. THANKS

    quade what are some of the different ways to hook up the stand alone DVD player to the imac that works and how do you go about transfering the finished edit to the DVD recorder??

    The ones you buy from walmart that has the Firewire hook up. I figure and maybe am wrong but why could you not just after your done editing the video just export it to you DVD recorder useing the Firewire such as you would do if you where to just export it back to your camera.

    The post that was left will not let me get it open says that the time was up.. Also can't you just plug in the fire wire from the Imac G5 to the fire wire port of the DVD burner and then hit export. Also not so clear on what you are tring to say maybe a pic of what you are talking about... THANKS

    I'm getting the new imac g5 and just plan on using imovie to do tandem and aff videos. Not any other wditing programs. The superdrive still going to take that long using idvd or can you use a different dvd program to make it faster...

    Are you guys and gals using the new Imac G5 or and older G4. Ansd does this make a difference. Also how much and where did you get a pretty decent recorder.

    Will it be fast enough to do tandem video's after a jump or is it to slow..How slow are we talken?? We would like to offer DVD's more this year. So after you are done editing it just transfer the file to IDVD and it then automaticly formats it to have menus and then you can burn it.

    Imac's have a superdrive. I was woundering how you go about after you edit a movie on imovie do you burn it to a DVD without using a external DVD recorder. Do you after you edit it just transfer it to IDVD or what.. THANKS RYAN

    I thought using dropzone.com forums was to ask questions and get answers that help. I have hand about enough of the sarcastic and hateful remarks that a person gets on these forums that are supposed to help. I ask a simple little question and get slammed with shitty remarks from people, not all people, and i thank those who help out on here, but those who just come on here to dump on people and make them feel stupid is plane shitty... I use a mac all the time at the DZ and i"m really good at it. We use a powermac G4 not an imac.. This is not the first time this has happened and i;m not the only one it has happened too. Just answer questions don't give people shit, if you don't know the answer don't answer it and don't give your two since because frankly I don't really give a shit what you think about me or how i do or don't know how to use something.... Sorry if i have offended anybody out there that really does help out on here....

    Are you able to get a DVD writer installed in the Imac G5 or does it come with one...
