Just a thought, but wouldn't be easier if you found the time and schedule to commit yourself to one DZ throughout your AFF progression? -
You know those cans that have compressed air (usually used to blow away dust on your desk or computer or keyboard etc.) Well, if you invert that can over and spray it turns into a liquid that freezes instantly at room temperature. You can spray that liquid onto the gum then carefully peal the gum out. The good thing is that liquid evaporates quickly. The bad thing is that liquid evaporates quickly. I've used this method to remove gum from my shoes and it worked. Give it a try and good luck

Also, to get the most out of physical conditioning i would recommend mental conditioning as well. For example, i am a practitioner of Naginatajutsu which I use really hone my mind, concentration, and focus. -

I do abs, lower back, and squats...good thing about squats is that chicks love the toned legs and butt. But if anything, your abs and lower back would be a good fucus since it's isolating your core. Also, believe it or not yoga works too...i know, it's not the cool thing to do but it helps with flexibility. It helps so much i can almost touch my wang with my nose, no joke. -

i don't need a 1.67 WL, 25 WS jumps, and 70 Base jumps to learn how to skydive right?

Norm, i think we got off on the wrong foot. I'd like to treat you to a beer and a free jump if i'm ever in teh florida area. I mean i am serious about the women and Fleshlight. I have not run into 1 ugly woman that skydives.

Yeah! I love it! Yeah! but duuude come on.......... I kind of picture you dry humping the leg of anyone walking past wearing anything. I tell ya, if i can dry hump those legs at the DZ I jump at it'd be a travesty. There's just sooo many hot women in the world of skydiving... I'll admit it, i do own a Fleshlight

1.30WL just getting licensed? Sounds like an awesome plan..hey, why don't you try getting into FF or Wingsuit flying..i heard it is super easy and the cool thing to do these days. Guess demo'ing stuff is for old dinosaurs. There's a bunch of used gear that fit a nice buck like you at 6'1" 170 lbs, but hey, why not get a whole new rig.

Congrats on the FIRST jump. You do owe your DZ and staff a beer ya know..might as well get into the culture if you're gonna pursue this sport. OH, and perhaps take another tandem jump...with your eyes open next time..it'll be awesome I promise!
