Too much variable on the women. If a guys not impotent, premature or ect then we basically have no problem nutting and thats what truly matters to us in the end. Were the people you know charged with manslaughter? i.e. vehicluar or involuntary ect... I find it very hard to believe that the CHP is going to release any accused felon without being booked, however if for some reason their fault or level of fault in a fatality accident only warranted a misdemeanor level offense then I can see a ticket being issued. Officers work under some set rules regarding their actions in some scenarios, sometimes they don't have a choice in what procedure they must follow, regretful even to the officer sometimes. Bytch, regardless of age or prior convictions he was found at fault in a fatality accident. He is not special, he is at fault and the law requires him to be handled like any other joe blow citizen. Vehicular Manslaughter is a serious felony, I hope he has the bail money and a good lawyer. No one goes to " The Police Station" for booking/processing. Life is not fair, life sometimes sucks! This poor mans wife had to watch him be hauled away... The other wife may live if she's lucky and then deal with the death of her husband for which the octogenarian behind the wheel is responsible for. I can tell you who I feel more sorry for.... And yes, here is another case for seniors to be tested yearly for retention of their driving priviledges, this man perhaps should not even have been on the road? Take it from a truckdriver, crap like that happens too often. The leading contributor to accidents involving rear ends with stationary vehicles is a distracted driver. My friend Frank used to work at a pay parking lot in downtown San Diego,CA. Alot of transients,bums whatever ya call'em used to sit on a low wall adjacent to the lot. My rig has a CYPRES and I like the idea of it being there if I'm incapacitated or get really stupid (I've been known to get stupid on occasion). I have jumped borrowed and rented gear without a AAD without a second thought. When my CYPRES goes in for its four year on my next repack I'll jump my rig without it.
