I've seen it with new Javelins also.In my experience it was negative habit transfer when going from a standard rig to a fully articulated one.If you bend at the waist with a fully articulated harness the bottom of the container will move.My GF was having this exact problem with her first jumps on a new Odyssey during the holiday boogie in AZ.Fortunately there was a Sunpath rep there and he was going thru the body position issues with someone else having the exact same problem. In our case instead of placing the left hand over the head at pull time it was suggested that the left hand push down in front of the face. This corrected a couple hundred jumps of muscle memory of basically bad body position(twisting to the right at the waist) and resolved the problem for us.Your results may vary.As always discuss it with your instructors at your dz. A skeleton walks into a bar and says"give me a beer and a mop". If you want more you'll have to look him up at the freefall convention. Replying to: Re: Stall On Jump Run Emergency Procedure? by billvon If the plane is unrecoverable then exiting is a very very good idea.

Hansome Dave One Liners - Two antennas meet on a roof, fall in love and get married. The ceremony wasn't much, but the reception was excellent. - Two hydrogen atoms walk into a bar. One says, "I've lost my electron." The other says, "Are you sure?" The first replies, "Yes, I'm positive..." - A jumper cable walks into a bar. The bartender says, "I'll serve you, but don't start anything." - A sandwich walks into a bar. The bartender says, "Sorry we don't serve food in here." - A dyslexic man walks into a bra. - A man walks into a bar with a slab of asphalt under his arm and says: "A beer please, and one for the road." - Two cannibals are eating a clown. One says to the other: "Does this taste funny to you?" - Two cows standing next to each other in a field. Daisy says to Dolly, "I was artificially inseminated this morning." "I don't believe you," said Dolly. "It's true, no bull!" exclaimed Daisy. - An invisible man marries an invisible woman. The kids were nothing to look at either. - I went to buy some camouflage trousers the other day but I couldn't find any. - A man woke up in a hospital after a serious accident. He shouted, "Doctor, doctor, I can't feel my legs!" The doctor replied, "I know you can't - I've cut off your arms!" - Two termites walk into a bar. One asks, "Is the bar tender here?" Passing AFF means you have demonstrated the ability to save your own life. Now the real learning begins. The neat part is that the learning curve is very steep in the beginning.Hook up with a coach and get your "A" and then the real fun begins.

Neptune 1. Boogie support. I've had my analog altimeter checked for accuracy, lens replaced and a new wrist strap all for free, three times in five years.WFFC,CSS Easter Boogie, and the Herd Boogie. 2. Ease of programming.Much more intuitive than the Protrack. Much more. 3.Plan to use it as a wrist mount and still use a pro dytter as an audible. "Compressed Cabin" theory is not based on PHYSICS.

The problem is that the seat belts were designed for use in a seat. The FAA and the TSO process prevent the use of restraints that would be much more effective than the lap belts typically used for skydiving.I jumped a Caravan in Belgium that had restraints that had the equivalent to an RSL release (only bigger)that could be hooked right on to a hip ring or thru a leg strap/lift web that appeared to offer a much better restraining ability than a typical lap belt. Its a lot like motorcycling. There will always be untrained people with more money than sense driving the latest croch rocket past their ability and right into the rehab or morgue. The difference here is that while you can buy a motorcycle and drive away from the dealership and kill yourself on the first turn,in skydiving you have some limits already in place. You can't jump without a current rig, some form of proof of training and experience, and its pretty hard to do it without an aircraft.Skydiving is a lot like taking your motorcycle to a track, where you start out as a novice and work your way up. They won't let you show up with the latest and greatest bike and go out and hurt yourself or others. There are rules and if you don't follow them you don't get to ride on their track. If you don't progress thru the training you don't get to move up thru the classes and go faster. If you don't play by their rules you don't get to play. Now what the rules for canopy flight should be I'm not sure, but having no rules makes no sense, thats been proven. You need to look under the plane and out the oposite side windows as well. Early in my flying career I've had traffic reported by ATC and never saw them.It is an acquired skill.
