The OP never heard of it. I never heard of it. I was never taught this. I don't teach this. Its like the special prejump handshake thats different depending who's in the airplane with you. If the consensus is its another tool in the tool box make it the standard. Put it in the ISP where group skills are taught. Right now its seems to be like a safety meeting. You only know about it if you know about it. Replying to: Re: Stall On Jump Run Emergency Procedure? by billvon If the plane is unrecoverable then exiting is a very very good idea.

It a very ineffective form of communication. You see someone kick their legs. Is that message for you? It might be. Might not. Now you think that they see you. Are you really any better off? I'll save my leg kicking for line twist and water landings and treat everyone like they don't see me. Yea but airplanes usually aren't in the pattern with 21 other airplanes. I'd be kicking the whole time under canopy... and confusing a lot of people... Now if we had radios....it would probably sound like unicom... Replying to: Re: Stall On Jump Run Emergency Procedure? by billvon If the plane is unrecoverable then exiting is a very very good idea.

Been around for awhile. I have never heard of a rigger being suspended, revoked or jailed for a screw up either unintentional or gross negligence. Haven't heard of any law suits either. Any stories out there? Entertaining the thought of expanding my horizions. Vector 3 Packing Tips – or is my main just too big?
DBCOOPER replied to skip's topic in Gear and Rigging
Looking at the lines to back picture it does not appear to be to big for the container. The first picture looks like it not in the bag very well and the wrinkles between the reserve and main seen to confirn this. Is it the correct main d bag for the container? At 15000 feet the pressure on a standard day is 8.29 psia and at sea level its 14.7 psia. Thats less than 1/2 atmosphere or 16 feet deep scuba diving. No need to equalize in freefall.* *With normal functioning sinuses and ears...
