And we didn't even have to get systematically kidnapped, separated from our families, beaten, chained, raped, murdered and enslaved for 300 years to qualify for it. Yay us! So Chris Rock Twitted this on the 4th July... '"Happy white peoples independence day the slaves weren’t free but I’m sure they enjoyed fireworks."' Now it seems that people are outraged. My question is why? What he said was true not to mention pretty damn funny. Were you offended? If so why? England still is the only thing thats changed is what we trade, these days its financial services, stock and weapons. Although point taken, we don't really make anything anymore. GB is a importing nation in most ways. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Nope, but there IS a pattern. Each divorce happened when each woman was 33. Which caused me to check. Many have forgotten he was married to Mimi Rogers before Nicole. Cheated on Mimi with Nicole first. Guess what age Mimi was when they filed for divorce? Yup. 33. He has an age limit. Future wives should take note. Good bit of detective work there, that is great Trivia, I'm suprised the tabloids haven't picked up on it yet. Sure, Islam... Really? Can you seriously say "Hollywood" is afraid of Islam when a HUGE number of films are about them as terrorists? Nawww. "Hollywood" isn't going to upset them by tossing up an image of Mohammed, but it takes pot shots at Islam every day. While it wasn't Islam per se there was that Arnie film where they changed the name of the terrorist organisation from Islamic Jihad to Crimson Jihad out of fear. As a bigger picture, not that different from catholic, christian, or muslim beliefs... Hmm.. I must have missed the bit where aliens were stuck in a volcano and killed using hydrogen bombs, and are now trying to take over our bodies in the Torah, Bible and Koran. OK got that! OK so here is what you do. Have one of the very cute Scientology girls come up to you and ask you if she can read you. Channel your inner Shah and respond with "Yeah baby you can read me all night long." When she looks away take the Gatorade you were drinking and pour a little on your hands. Tell her that you are just washing your hands. Hell Purell works just as well. Just make sure your hands are wet. Grab the toy and watch it peg the meter! And then mess with them and dry your hands and grab the machine again...it will read almost 0 and then wet your hands again and peg the thing! Do this about 4 times and then look at the hot Scientologista and say "So baby I have something you can grab this evening." You smooth scientific genius babe magnet! I'm interested in how the 'Church' of Scientology will use the documented 'Audits' of Katie Cruise to leverage pressure in this also. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

I agree but I've met a lot of Mormons and found them to be really nice people to be around. Even if I do find their religion to be somewhat bizarre they seem to be very family orientated and promote good values. I have also met Scientologists and found them to be devious, manipulative and detrimental to the relationships of those around them as well as their own. It seems to me that there is something evil about the methodology and intent of Scientology. I concur, Brits BBQ usually means black on the outside and pink or bloody in the middle. I learnt to Braai in SA and also always do the cooking regardless. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Is that a serious question? If so, it's a party where generally the host provides the meat (burgers, dogs, chicken, or steak), and grills it outside. All the guests bring a side dish and or desert. The entire party usually takes place outside usually in the back yard. All the food that people bring is usually set up on long tables which is why there are comments about the food sitting out too long to be consumed. Smart hosts set up trays with ice in them to place the bowls of potato salad etc... There are usually plenty of libations to go around, the host usually provides a base of beer, wine etc.. and the guests usually bring some, too. This is the basic set-up, but there are lots of variations.
