  19. I know your half kidding, but I always strugle with that one. Not so much the concept but the execution of the policy (forgive the pun). People such as proper paedophiles, and people like Malcomb Sutcliff and Ian Huntley fair play. But I just feel it would be to open for abuse if the Judges had that power.
