I've had a mishap and spilt superglue over my lap. (Yes it burns, no I didn't get it on my bits) Unfortunatly I got it over a really nice pair of cargos. Anyone got any idea how to get it off the fabric? When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Doesn't go with the rest of your post really. The above quote suggests that you some how don't belive that Autism or ADHD are genuine conditions. Can you clarify your posistion please? http://www.zug.com/pranks/chinese-tattoo/ There was a chubby young guy from croydon in London who went to Brighton on the south coast and got a Chineese tattoo on his arm which he thought said strength, it wasn't until Chineese girls in a night club started laughing at him and he asked why that he discovered it really said 'Fat Wanker'. Apparently he went back to the place but it had closed down the next day. What I can't belive is that he went to the national press!!! I'm kinda hoping that it would come with a pm type warning. . . . cuz part of me is wondering: "Am I a loud obnoxious" user? Or have I just been a postwhore during this past month of confinement to my bed. Phew! I though it was just me thinking that.

Foreign perspective regarding US Presidential elections
Skyrad replied to FreeflyChile's topic in Speakers Corner
The coverage seems to have calmed down a bit over here now but it was way OTT at one point. I find the whole election process in the states very confusing. What do I know about the candidates? 1) Obama... He's for CHANGE (But never seems to say what the change is or how he will affect it) 2) John McCain.... He's going to bring OBL in dead or alive (Which is pretty impressive for an old guy) 3) Hillary Clinton... She is very feminine, when things weren't going her way she cried and everyone voted for her. She wants to bring in free healthcare for all (apparently) even though when her husband was in power for eight years this never happened but people actually still belive her......Oh, and her husband got a blowjob. I want Obama to win as 1) It will be funny having a President Hussein of the USA 2) He's honest enough not to pretend to have any policies but just use soundbites like 'CHANGE' also he seems quite dignified. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjXyqcx-mYY As for what and how...Don't ask. I see you are still having problems with that "taking everything literally" issue. Asperger sindrome is a bitch. I suggest you to take a look at the syndrome F84.5 of DSM-IV. You may see yourself well represented and it can give you a couple of tips so you will not make a fool of yourself on a daily basis. In the other hand, how funny that you among everybody happens to join a thread about mentally retarded people being used in bombings. Just in case if someone with beard who talks funny give you a backpack, just say no. Hmm, and you think you are subtle when you call me autistic? I think the person between you and me, who has problems with simple concepts comprehension is, oh well, you. Since you would not argue or ask facts about the US army and how it trains its soldiers, and how the UCMJ works, and how much we spend in actually paying any damages to civilians, for properties, injuries, etc, unlike your beloved muhamed terrorists, and juts decide to delusionally lump both sides all together, then there is no point, fact or knowledge you wnat to actually discuss, but only your hatred for the US is what will prevail from your side. Too bad. Now, about your demostrated ability to advocate pedophilia, I think for someone studying psychology would now better, but I guess I stand corrected. The standards have been lowered in Spain I guess. Why do you keep accusing Botellines of being a Padophile? If you have proof lets see it otherwise that is a personal attack pure and simple. No honest its true he really was real. There is your answer. UKTV Gold is a channel watched mainly by the unemployed and unemployable, day time tv re-runs of mindless crap that wasn't worth watching the first time around. It would be the equivilant of asking viewers of the Non stop Gerry Springer channel. The sheriff's department sent out the notices as required by law. I'm sure the perp is now going to be laying low, if he's smart. Here's the notice I got. I'm guessing that there is alot of sex offenders who get killed after these notices go out? They would be burnt out in the UK. For starters I agree with pretty much everything in your response. The quote above made me think. I've often wondered at the mishandling of Al Q's (et al) war. In some respects they've done amazingly well in the recruitment and spreading of the Jihadist philosophy (Understand I'm looking at this purely in an objective light and do not support their aims or methods) Their use of new media and understanding of propergander has been better than the Pentagons in some respects. Yet their aim of senseless killing is absurd. If they had dedicated their resources to economic targets I think things would be much more uncomfortable for us in the west. Governments claim to care about the people but in reality its their pockets they care about. What we have in Iraq now is what Mrs Thatcher termed in Northern Ireland 'an acceptable level of violence'. Currently the attrition rate is less than one soldier a day. Regardless of what the government say thats not so bad and they can and will live with it. If however the enemy hit economic targets costing billions each strike and the enemy had actual achievable objectives then they would stand a chance of achieving them. It seems to me that you make the assumption that intelligent and educated people are not powerless people. In the west maube there is an argument for such a view but in other parts of the world the same is not true. I think that people blow themselfs up for various reasons fear, a feeling of helplessness, Anger, resentment, a lack of hope, too much hope, religious ferver, hate. Its a complicated area. You pose a good question. I would argue however that it does not take a great level of knowledge to know that it is wrong to strap a bomb to ones self and detonate it in a market full of innocent bystanders. After that level of knowledge is reached then any surplus is irrelevant to the argument.
