I doubt that they have the stamina to play rugby. As for crash helments and massive padding what the hells that all about? Source: http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/08599201315000 So you're concerned about terroists and other criminals operating within the USA but you're against the Government being able effectivly operate against them. 17. Even if it's from the PX, no doubt it's a better view than from Ireland - wouldn't you say? I'm here now doesn't mean I've never been there. Sitting on your arse in a on camp coffe shop hiding behind the wire doesn't count as living in a country a REMF posting doesn't make one an expert on the middle east. 19. That's a perfect example of what I was talking about, regarding name-calling and rational thinking. Thank you for the demonstration. And with that, I'm out of this discussion. I said my piece, and I stand on it. You irrational name-callers may continue without me. AWWW John is going to take his sock puppet and go home. 20. There is no one Islamic culture, if you go to Turkey which although a secular state is a Muslim country and then go to Saudi Arabia and then on to the Maldives you will find very little if anything in common with the culture. If you travelled and worked in oppressive despotic regimes like Suadi Arabia then it comes as no suprise that you have a negative view of what you see as 'Islamic' culture. 21. Wow, thats a whole lot of agendas you've brought up there John. Not all of which are down to religion, there is also Nationalism and regional culture that are at play and some of the things you ascribe to Islam are down to Nationalism and regional traditions, politics and culture rather than Islam itself. Of course Nationalism, Politics, Regional traditions and culture have bred violence, intolerance and hatred in people of all religions. 23. Don't worry about these people, they have a very difficult time staring themselves in the mirror. Skyrad included... Skyrad, how can you bash while protecting islam? Say it ain't so... Not sure who it is you think I'm bashing. All I'm saying is that there are plenty of verses in the Bible that seen in todays light are extreme. Many people point out the 'sword' verses in the Quran as if its proof of savagry in Islam but neglect to recognise verses in the Bible which say either the same or similar things. Oh, and you're right, I do have a difficult time looking at myself in the mirror, but thats because I'm 6ft 4" tall and all the mirrors seem to be set for people of 5ft5". ... How did you know that? Hmm... Curious. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca
