If I understand you correctly then the pledge is used as a victory cry every morning against southern children who have been culturally occupied by the ideology of the northern states of the USA.     You are quite wrong, I do want to see the truth come out. The difference is that I'm taking an objective stance on this. If the man in question has knowingly supported terrorism then he is an inappropriate source of funding for Park 52. Did he know where his money was going? Until 2007 the HLF operated openly in the USA and was allowed to operate by the US Government. However I start from the premis that one is innocent until proven guilty.     I'll share with you John Wayne's Version of the Pledge of Allegiance I don't know wether to laugh or cry. I don't mean to be disrespectful or offend you but are you serious?     She is an attractive lady. As for the pledge itself, I don't see that citizenship and the pledge are connected. Outside of Communist and a few third world countries I don't know of any other nation that make children pledge everyday. Watching the video you posted reminds me of Soviet Russia, change the language and the uniforms but otherwise its just the same.     As whenever anything from the Old Testament is mentioned we hear time and time again 'Oh, yea, well thats in the Old Testament' like it doesn't count. Yet the Ten comandments are in the Old Testament and they are still a cornerstone of Christian belief... Arn't they? So whys the deal? Is the Old Testament written off by the New Testament in which case why not detach it from the Bible and just call the New Testament the Bible. Or, is it still valid and therefore Christians are doing a pick and pick as they see fit? Ya can't have it both ways boys and girls... Can you?
