I think not. 6) Decoded claimed Bernie Geestman of not being the accomplice in the DB Cooper case. although they think KC might be Cooper, but this was prior to the incorrect information given to them. if you take out Bernie, the boat sinks. period. 7) I believe Carolyn Powell made up the story about the money on the property. she has been found not credible. this could explain why there are two stories about the money in two different decades! I can't speak for others Robert, but I'm not stating the map is phony. I believe human error could easily be a factor here. you need to stop thinking everything is a lie. I think it's possible they got it wrong, it's as simple as that. they could also have the map right and the timing wrong. we don't have enough proof to support anything. sure it's possible Cooper landed where they said, and he lived out his life. I haven't seen anything convince me of that what so ever. the files are full of stories just like yours. tons of circumstantial evidence on dozens of KC's, Webers, Coopers etc. The FBI clearly states and shows a map stating what "the believed flight path was." that's not very convincing in my opinion. I think it's time for the FBI to admit defeat and either turn it over to the Marshals office, or open the case up to the public. it's nonsense to hold anything back at this stage. Robert, of course people are going to check on it. some will read and take it as face value, but that's not the issue. the issue is having a report accurate as possible. we have spent months trying to convince of this. you want to try and prove KC was Cooper, I don't have a problem with that. we all would like to find out who Cooper really was, or possibly is.that's the bottom line to any forum out there. I don't run people in the ground claiming to have another option to the case. I let them present there story, and go from there. I'll admit I'm curious as to what Rataczak will say this time. the path is an important part of the whole Cooper story. surely you can't believe that in today's world a Boeing 777 could simply disappear could ya? so how is it they could track a 727 with accuracy in 1971? now, granted they were on top of what occurred with 305 vs flight 370, but it gives reason that we are not as perfect as we claim. human error is the number one factor here. they are claiming different things about the path. Carr admits it's the best known flight path, never stating this is exactly where they were at any given time. so, just as any other part of the Cooper story, we don't have any real validation claiming exactly where the plane was when Cooper jumped. I can tell you this after flying it over, and over on the simulator. you can basically move the path to the east and still get the same results by moving at the point of passing Toledo, or the 7:59 mark. basically I can conclude, so far, the path is flyable in the time frame reported. is this solid proof, nope, but it's a stepping stone into validating something. I take offense when people claim I'm trying to move the path. I'm trying to resolve the path, justify it, prove it right, or possibly wrong. try flying a 727 by yourself, it's not easy. even on the simulator. the sim is extremely accurate in altitudes, speeds, and even has just about every road in it. Carolyn Powell was not living with Christiansen when he purchased his house. Her 'attempted murder' allegation refers to her ex-husband Robin's assault on his own mother. They charged Robin several times with different degrees of assault. nothing about attempted murder. she has exaggerated the story. I'm sorry that happened to her, but they charged him with assault only! 6) She testified that Christiansen not only purchased the house in Bonney Lake and the adjoining lot for cash, but also a large wooded lot behind what is now the Bonney Lake Safeway. Tyner added that Christiansen told her he bought this wooded lot after he bought the house. how sure are you of the lot behind the safeway? did you look at all the records? 7) After Christiansen’s death, she and her husband received the house, but sold it shortly after probate cleared. They then moved to Nevada, and Carolyn divorced him. She also stated that her ex-husband Robin Powell was once charged with attempted murder on his own mother, and when he drinks he sometimes becomes violent. ‘He put me into the hospital more than once,’ she says. That is clearly exaggerated statements......and false ones at that! records indicate they owned the house until I believe 1999. Yes, lets look at theories shall we? KC came about through Lyle Christensen, a person he doesn't trust. then we have people in this circle who have stories confirmed not to be true. Carolyn Powell is not being honest in her statement about the purchase of the house. she goes on to claim her husband was arrested for attempted murder. this is also incorrect. a $5,000 loan was given to a woman who hardly knew the person in which the large sum of money was given. records were never researched to prove any of this other than family members speaking out. then you have improper pieces of evidence about property being incorrectly stated in a report none the less given to the FBI. From the start it appears Lyle's intentions of making a movie about his story seems to have moved ahead of proving KC had anything to do with the crime. he actually paid hundreds of dollars to get a letter to a producer, rather than spending it on trying to prove he was Cooper. now, a full circle seems to have occurred by Mr. Blevins also jumping on the movie wagon, way ahead of proving anything other than pure speculation surround KC. every single website you look at constantly repeats that Kenny purchased his home for cash, but now it's not really part of the story? when you start chipping away at a story that seems to show some positive outlooks on a suspect slowly start to dissolve, you are left with a bunch of people claiming squat. the substance is also slowly being removed. we have a single mother who obviously had a rather larger salary decided to get a loan from someone she barely knew, went around bank loans, and paid it back with a much larger monthly installment? if she was that well off. why did she need a loan in the first place? and just like the rest of us, Dawn has records. they indicate a lot of bank transactions with property. I heard so many different stories about a stamp/coin collection that has never surfaced in any form other than once again, people stating this. same for the money find on the property. Robert even claims a newspaper was used to ask about the loan, but once again no verification to that has ever surfaced. two different stories revolve around this as well. Robert claims descriptions can be off, but doesn't have a problem with putting KC photo right next to the sketch? then uses passengers descriptions to help in his height issue. those people have different views for the simple reason that they didn't have reasons to remember him. Tina was standing right next to him having to look up at Cooper. this very hard to dispute. this is no different than what Marla has claimed. her story is full of holes as well. she has a book, she wanted to be in a movie about her uncle being Cooper. a pattern between the two are clearly seen. what this theory boils down to, and clearly shows by what has been stated is a lot of exaggeration going on. nothing more. none of them, except Lyle has tried to contact the authorities on one of the greatest mysteries in this country. who could sit on that? Jo, loaning someone $5,000 in 1972 is a lot of money! the first thing that should have been done was checking to validate a home was purchased by checking the records to indicate a house was purchased in that time frame. then you try and validate $5,000 was used for the down payment. then you might want to ask the person who received the loan to try and justify how it was paid back. that's how you verify things. if you fail to do this you can't call things verified. the pain staking ground work comes with the job. if you don't want to do it, you should of never got involved in it. how much was that person making a year should also be addressed. if they fail to answer things above there credibility come under fire. it's almost saying she had two mortgages. the house also needs to been verified if it was paid for in a short period of time since she was wiping out debts easily. she must of been paid extremely well to handle these payments. well enough to where a loan shouldn't of been needed. Robert, people telling you something is hardly verification to any type of cash loan. it's a start. if you don't have any documents, receipts, or anything of that nature, it can not be proof, or verification. remember the word lying you like to toss around? just because they told you makes it truthful? can I get a loan based on my friends stating I'm good for the loan? If Kenny's house isn't a major factor, why was it constantly brought up in the top 10-25, mentioned several times in the PDF, on your website, and probably in the videos? it seems it was extremely important until it was proven not to be true. was it you, or Skipp who failed to notice the document you claim Kenny paid $10 for the lot behind his home? it's actually the lot the house is on, and not the lot behind his house. leaving those items on that PDF doesn't make you look very good Robert. sending the incorrect data to the FBI wasn't a smooth move either. did Skipp also approve this PDF? the PDF should have been taken down as soon as the problems were found. you don't leave inaccurate data up until you "update it" a year or so later. it's misleading! especially if the author is aware of the problems.
