  1. If they had arranged boat pickup wouldn't it make sense to be picked in the bay up just outside the Alcatraz no sail zone? The voyage to Angel Island was extremely risky in a homemade raft. Also Angel Island is big. How would you arrange a night rendezvous? The guards on Alcatraz paid no attention to boats unless they came within about 100 yards of the island. If you came closer they got real excited. Searchlights, loudspeakers, threats to fire unless you exited promptly. Ask me how I know. 377 according to reports, communication was done to the outside via postcards, remember these are convicts with nothing to do but think! Morris had a IQ of 133, the object was to get off the island, by any means. the FBI has claimed for years only remnants of the raft were found, documents say a different story. the limit to the shore was 200 yards, not 100 as mentioned above. the FBI also claimed no cars were stolen around this time, once again buried in the files was a story contradicting this statement. right or wrong, Risk is a convicts middle name "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 2. the biggest mistake was the use of salt water to flush the toilets, this started leaking into the concrete causing it to become brittle and also weakened the rebar. huge mistake!! there is also a report of a boat seen close to Alcatraz at around the time of the escape, I have not been able to locate or confirm this. (reported on unsolved mysteries) since the escape, two unknown tall women were reported at the mothers funeral (also unconfirmed) Clarence Carnes who was also on Alcatraz claims he received a coded postcard from them stating "gone fishing" this was confirmed while talking to Carnes, but, he never revealed the postcard. The Anglins mother received flowers every mothers day until her death. (from unknown source) a woman from a Lawyer's office received a phone call the day after the escape claiming they wanted to set up a meeting. There was also the suspicious death of Alfred Anglin, a third brother, killed by guards in an Alabama prison. to date nothing has ever been mentioned about Frank Morris other than some old man on You Tube. this should answer the questions about why the prison was closed, but, like the Cooper case it only adds confusion as to the truth about where they really might be. (dead or alive?) "Contact RobertMBlevins for a movie script! " funny you said this, I actually have one of the scripts from the movie I collect them as well as civil war documents. 3. Jo, I don't have "tunnel vision" I have common sense, what do you think the odds are of someone having information about two major unsolved mysteries? asking someone "how is zona" hardly brings light to Clarence Anglin, Clarence had more than one scar and two tattoo's, why didn't he ask how Nita was? the other file is a PDF file, don't know if you can open that? if nobody can see it, I can transfer it to photo? "Some of those artist things are WAY off when the real guy is found. " but seems to work for you? profile pic?????? 4. here is the actual report about the sighting of the body from the ship, thought you might like to read it? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  5. hard to keep up with your constant changing Jo, here is John, still not the same person........ you do realize the Anglin's had very little education, I don't think either went past the 4th grade! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  6. to think you have the key to not one, but two of the greatest unsolved mysteries......WOW Hate to tell ya, much like the Cooper case, The Anglin's have a very high percentage of being fish food!! (dead) I would be happy to give you the Marshal's name and email if you wish? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  7. "YOU are not interested in solving this case. You are ONLY here to divert anything I say and to keep the nose of the Federal Govenment wiped clean. Your interest is NOT solving this. You are here to divert and defuse anything that comes close revealing who Cooper was. " I agree with what 377 concluded as well, you hit Knoss right on the nose with accusations such as you claim above! how do you expect any credibility with these statements? I could easily use your method of investigating and make claims that you are Bob Knoss because you sound just like him! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  8. Joh & Clarence Anglin wanted posters, If you can't read them, they are readily available online!!! Clarence Anglin and his brothers John and Alfred were born in Donalsonville, Georgia, and worked as farmers and laborers. Together they started to rob banks in Georgia and were arrested in 1956. John and Clarence were given 15-20 year sentences and were sent to Atlanta Penitentiary (where they first met Frank Morris and Allen West), Florida State Prison, and Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary. Clarence Anglin was known to have a tattoo of "Zona" on his left wrist and one of "Nita" on his right upper arm.[1] [edit]Alcatraz now, to close this out I have included all 3 convicts with past and present photo's along with Mr Ed "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  9. One man has gone there before, and it was no simulation. 377 very perceptive...... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  10. I'll be lucky if Eng doesn't just glance at them and toss them into the garbage can... one can only try! take my simulation for example, if nothing is found I will brush myself off and climb right back on that horse and try another angle to provide some sort of evidence at least you can say you tried! maybe I should change my project name to the "Enterprise" and boldly go where one man has gone before "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  11. nothing wrong with you having KC as a suspect, I strongly disagree with most of your findings just as I have done with Jo, I am far from perfect myself, so I do appreciate the work you are sending the FBI, just don't get those hopes up too high "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  12. well, let's ask this, why are you here? "My credibility would suffer, because people would say I was doing that solely to 'push' KC as the only suspect" now just a post or two above you said this: "If it's proven later that KC was definitely NOT DB Cooper, then I probably would stop posting here anyway." it's ok to have a suspect such as you have, but I don't understand why you would leave if KC is found not being Cooper? this tells me you are not a Cooper investigator and probably shouldn't be on here because most of the evidence against him has been challenged here. Jo also falls in this category but has been at much longer than most. if you were to ask me, I think your "agenda" seems to be surrounding KC? sorry, I'm a little confused "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  13. where exactly has Georger lost credibility? I'll admit I don't have half the knowledge G does, the personal battle you guys has carried on too far, but I still wouldn't put his credibility on the line over this. perhaps giving the time frame we are in (Holiday's) it just might be appropriate for a cease fire similar to what the Brits and Germans did during Christmas in 19 hundred and fourteen? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  14. the one on the site you gave do you need to wear glasses when viewing on your lappy? or just certain vids? Nope.. did not watch that one either....And no I did not watch the video from Ariel either. Yes you do need to watch with the glasses.. you get used to it.. really. Then again. I have to use glasses to read my monitor. I used to have stupendous eyesight but alas.. one of the penalties of surviving this long appears to be degraded vision. I also need to use another set of glaases to watch my Sony 3D LED TV. The glasses are a function of the technology at this point. sounds good but I think I will pass on that one, if I make videos of my simulation peeps would also need to have those glasses, not just the ordinary 3D glasses. probably go with a Nvidia gtx660, 640 card, not sure yet. still shopping You do realize.. it will work just fine in 2D mode... but when you want 3D turn it on and get WOWed edited to add.... As a side note.. there are people doing 3D skydiving vids for the last 5 years. Different glasses and technology... it is getting better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G37WCShxQBc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnFN6Xg8M_M as Johnny Carson often said, "I did not know that" Hmmm, I'll take a better look at the Nvidia 3D system, this is why I wanted you to view the video on that site, it was pretty clear and no need for glasses. had to break out the glasses for those vids "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 18. I have a nvidia 1gig video card, not the best though. my processor was weak (AMD 2.61 GHZ) single core. upgraded to 3.4 Pentium D dual core better power supply for a better video card. was maxed out at 2gigs memory. (old machine) upgraded to 4 gigs, new puter allows up to 8 on 64 bit this should be well in the limits of runing the system properly. the best option was to replace rather than upgrading the processor, motherboard, power supply etc. the system was running fine until I put upgrades onto the sim(addons) the final hit the machine took was the new weather system addon. too many running programs for the processor It still is a bit lacking just sayin I bought my lappie with the i7 and the 3D LED screen and built in NVIDIA 3D.. friggin AWSUM
  19. __________________________________________________ mrshutter45, While I respect your work and talents you've brought to the case, I think this post is quite unkind toward Jo. Jo has every right to post her theory, ideas, and thoughts, without the unkind labels -- just like everybody else here. MeyerLouie unfortunately I tend to get caught up in one subject when I disagree, I did say "claim to be nuts" vs nuts, I'm not actually implying that Jo,Marla and Cook are nuts. if that is how people are viewing this, I am sorry for the misrepresentation. Jo tends to bring out the bad part in me causing me to go into a "Knoss attack" I still strongly object to Jo's findings, but do not believe she or the others mentioned are actually nuts!....again for the record I did say "many claim" as for Mr Cook, I don't even know enough about the mans work, so I simply implied the word nuts, Marla......well....best way to sum her up, is, Marla Jo, Blevins and Marla all have the same right as I do to post what ever they wish, I believe I told Blevins that same thing a couple post's back. In the future I will respectfully disagree, I do appreciate your coming forward and correcting my statement and will try a more mature approach the next time during battle. Thank You Dave Brown "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  20. ask yourself this Robert, you made many claims that Marla was deceptive about who Cooper was correct? isn't this the same as calling her claims nuts? stop with the political correctness BS already, shall we? this is killing this County IMO!! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  21. Jo, what strong evidence do you have Duane is DB Cooper? yes, everyone chases's theories! was Duane outside of prison in the NW? where was Duane November 24,1971? can you match the evidence with held about the jacking? screw the prints and DNA? what do you know the FBI doesn't? these guy's hold the key, you have it? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  22. Jo, nobody is calling you a liar! your perception of truth comes into question by claiming the smallest fact/clue revolving around Duane! he was a criminal period, known to lie, deceive, things Duane did is not as "out of the norm" as one would think when speaking about his past! perhaps you are just so "in the dark" you fail to see the light, I just don't know. I don't have anything against you, but, I just don't see any reason for the theories you claim! how can all the others be wrong just because Duane told you? believe it or not, you are in that category you suppress !! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  23. Jo, your statement reads as follows: Referencing the brothers - did YOU even READ what the FRIGGIN HELL I wrote. I mention that Anglin was only 31 and Zona - Duane's daughter was maybe 18 to 20 - so NOW do YOU GET IT! this was like an hour ago??? please advise? if I'm wrong, please show the post? medication and connection problems could lead us to a Conspiracy theory wouldn't you say??? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  24. nothing personal, just seems far fetched to think you hold the key to this crazy case we call DB Cooper, many claim Marla is nuts, Jo is nuts, cook is nuts etc etc....... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  25. I am only 10 yrs older than this Anglin brother! Therefore I am able to associate the age brackets. IT was NOT uncommon in "the day" of a 31 yr old to be married to even a 16 yr old, and Zona was born sometime between 1943 and 1946...which was age appropriate for some one born in 1931 in those days. Today if a 24 yr old dates a 18 yr old and they have sex - look out! All she has she is considered a juvenile is scream RAPE and the poor guy is labeld for the rest of his life. Most 24 yr old are NOT interest in 24 yr old female. Like the typical male thing - they like their women younger, but with the laws today - the 24 yr serving his country - can't date an age appropriate young lady Duane had friends much younger than he was and such was with a man he introduced me to out of CO and in N.Orleans. His friend in GA was much younger. I was playing with ways the same Zona could be connected with all 3 of them - only because Duane aske ED how Zona was doing. I did NOT at the time know his daughters name was ZONA. NOW do you GET IT. Also ED was younger than Duane, but he was in poor health - I don't know how much younger. I was a 17 yrs younger than Duane and many of his friends were MY age. I retracted the reply of you stating 31, I'm still confused on how you assume everything revolves around Duane? please advise as to where you stated 31?.... Jo stated ".I mention that Anglin was only 31"?? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.'
