I have had similar pain from a pinched nerve in my neck. I found the most relief from a chiropractor (though it took almost a month of treatment before I started to feel better - and I continued regular treatments for at least a year). Acupuncture and yoga also helped. That kind of pain really sucks because no painkillers seem to help. Good luck...

You're not an old Lubbockite, are you? I spent twenty years in that flat, dusty Hub City. I finally found happiness in my rearview mirror. Thanks for the post. "American Pie" is my favorite song. "My momma kept calling me home but I just did not want to hear her..." I used to have that album, but now I can't remember any more of the lyrics than that. I was born in Lubbock, but I didn't live there very long. We pretty much moved all over Texas when I was a kid... never lived anywhere for much more than a year until we moved to Midland... and then I moved to Austin when I was 18 and lived there about 10 years... and now I'm in California (but I miss Texas!)

so say that. Ok, sorry... I was just playing (being an ass)... I'll cut it out now... I understand what you're saying (I think), that this could hypothetically be a problem... and I say "hypothetically" because we don't know if this story is even true or not... So to keep it from becoming a problem, I think the ideal solution would be to have some sort of stipulation (if it's not already there) in the law(s?) regarding the unemployment system - which says that jobs in prostitution (and whatever other jobs we deem to be dangerous or of moral question) cannot be offered to people through this system. Probably not a perfect answer, but most things don't seem to have perfect answers...
