My husband turns 40 this year too... We don't usually celebrate birthdays and stuff like that, but I would like to do something special for his 40th... Something raunchy. And I just realized that I will be turning 35 this year... Gosh, I feel old.

So, does anyone know how it is being determined who should be arrested for public intoxication in these stings? I'm too lazy to try to find that info right now, but that would make a big difference in my opinion on the issue. I do know that the TABC announced last year that they would be cracking down on this kind of stuff, so it's not as if people were not warned... Though I don't necessarily agree with everything that the TABC is cracking down on...

I have a memory from when I was 2 years old... We were in the car and there was a loud noise, and I remember one of my parents saying that the muffler fell off... And they turned around and went back, and I can still remember seeing the muffler on the ground... Years later, I asked my mom about that and she said we had been on a road trip, and she was surprised that I could remember that...
