Sometime around 1975. I was born there, but I only lived there a short while as a kid. Though we used to go there sometimes when I was growing up because my grandmother lived nearby in O'Donnell. And my dad lives in Lubbock now.

Yeah, hopefully all the drinkers and pot smokers on here will pay attention to these "facts" and realize that they would be better off using heroin instead of weed or alcohol.

I am not using any of these substances, and I have quite a bit of knowledge on the harmful effects of drugs. I just don't agree with most of the "facts" that you posted, and I think that you might want to do a bit more research for yourself before you decide what to believe.

Personally I don't agree with spanking children, but I'm not sure if I would support a law against it. And I doubt that this law will be passed.
