  1. A guy that considers the bachelor party as last day as a being "single/free" is not someone I'd be interested in marrying. But that's just me.
  2. I'm taking a breakfast break. But I didn't sign back on to IM because there's this annoying dude on there that keeps bugging me. Sure, Remi, whatever you say...
  3. These would look good with your little spandex outfit.
  4. I guess the simple answer to your question is... yes, I'm ok with strippers being at my S/O's bachelor party. I'm not ok with any dishonesty that might go along with that, but I can't see any reason why dishonesty would be needed in that situation. So if they asked me beforehand, then I'd probably say yes, it's ok with me.
  5. If I was planning on having a raunchy party with strippers for one of my friends, I would want to make sure it was ok with their S/O first. And I would expect the same sort of consideration from my S/O and his/our friends. So no, it wouldn't be a lie if they didn't ask, but I wouldn't think it was very cool either. And again, it really would depend on the situation. There are way too many variables for it to be a yes or no question (for me).
  6. Depends on how it was handled. If he (or his friends) made sure it was ok with me beforehand, then I wouldn't have a problem with it. If I was lied to about it, but I found out later, then I would have a problem. But Rich and I got married without telling anyone we were getting married, so there were no bachelor/bachelorette parties.
  7. My sister and I used to put Skittles (not the sour ones) in the microwave and nuke 'em for a few seconds. That made them warm and squishy. Oh, and Sour Skittles are for masochists.
  8. Did he steal that diaper from an astronaut?
  9. In Vegas, I believe that would be called The Studio.
  10. He didn't keep his Gladiator outfit on for very long. And he didn't do a very thorough job of cleaning the bathroom. Lazy bastard...
  11. Really? I hadn't noticed Well, maybe you should clean up your act and get to church a little more often, young man. Ok, so I've never been to church in Vegas either... unless the Little White Chapel's Tunnel of Love counts.
  12. And how stoned were you when you decided to make such a sandwich???
  13. There are a lot of good churches in Vegas. I enjoy riding the rides on top of the Stratosphere, and the rides at Circus Circus... stuff like that.

    What does "NSA fun" mean?
  16. A diagnosis made by parents and teachers is not going to have much significance since they cannot prescribe medications (unless they choose to treat the problem without medications, which might be a good thing). Any real diagnosis is made by a trained health care provider, but there is still a lack of objective evidence in making the diagnosis. This seems to be the current problem with diagnosing any kind of mental illness, due to our lack of technology and our minimal understanding of how the brain works. (But hey, at least we're beyond feeling the bumps on our heads to explain personality problems.)

    Dinner

Thanks, Krisanne. I'll try making that sometime. (Actually, Rich will probably end up making it for me, since he's a better cook than I am. ) Hmm, now I'm hungry for Thai food.

    Dinner

Yum, that sounds good. Do you have a recipe? I made the mistake of having a strong cup of coffee for dinner (while doing homework). Now I feel kinda sick, and I'm drinking a cup of chamomile & hibiscus tea to try to counter the caffeine.
  19. Are you getting this information about cocaine from some sort of longitudinal study, or are you basing it on your personal (subjective) experience?
  20. And to answer the original question... No, I don't think so... I already turn into a psycho bitch from Hell when I've had too much coffee, so I don't think I really need a more powerful stimulant.
  21. I'm not equating them. And I don't think many lives are being destroyed by addiction to water.
  22. They'll both be extremely miserable. Which one is worse is highly subjective. Binging on either one will cause brain damage and other physical problems. They're different drugs, but they're both pretty dangerous when used in excess.
  23. That's good that you choose not to use illicit drugs. I agree that it's not worth the risk. But I'm curious... What makes you think that you're susceptible to addiction, since it sounds like you have no trouble controlling your alcohol consumption?
