  1. Damn and here I was hoping that I would be offered a job that was only open to white middle aged males regardless of whether or not I was qualified for the job, regardless if some other candidate was more qualified than myself. It is a dog eat dog world and I am wearing puppy chow. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  2. Looks like the judge has deferred ruling on this case for 30 days. If the court does indeed deport this woman, then you can come back and say to me "in your face" and yes I will eat some humble pie and admit I was wrong. In the meantime I still stand by my stance that I am betting she will get off because: 1) She is related to Obama. 2) America does not care about illegal aliens in their country. PS: my crystal ball (like most other things I own) was made in China and I am not sure if that glow it gives off is the future it is trying to tell me, or the toxic sludge the Chinese used while making the product. 3. I have yet to set foot in Texas (I understand everything is bigger there, including the egos). But I have lived in 5 major metropolitan areas of North America as an adult and I have yet to live in an area that did not think they were the cat's meow, that thought they were the best place on this planet. It's funny how all these cities/metropolitan areas think they are the best and every other place sucks. It kind of reminds me of all those drivers out there, you know the one's who think they are superior drivers while they say everyone else is a moron. LOL I know of the 5 areas I have lived as an adult I do have a favorite. But there is so much more of the world I have yet to experience. So I will refrain from the nonsense of calling one place "the best in the world". PS: I will have to wait until this evening before I can watch this YouTube video. YouTube is blocked here on this box I am using right now. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  4. I am referring to this web site Bill. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  5. I was alerted to the story this morning on a Canadian website. I could have used the Canadian media link but decided to search for an American link. I found the story on CNN but never bothered to check some of the other US media sources. It is possible that the US media is keeping it a low profile story, or maybe it's low profile because everyone knows that the illegal welfare collecting alien Zeituni Onyango will be allowed to stay because: 1) She is related to Obama. 2) America does not care about it's millions of illegal aliens anymore. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  6. I am kind of surprised nobody is talking about Obama's aunt today. Her fate is being decided today in a Massachusetts court. http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/02/04/obama.aunt/index.html Of course you know the courts will side in favor of this welfare collecting illegal alien. So maybe this is why people are not talking about her. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  7. Maybe? Maybe not. Those are your words not mine. Europe is where millions and millions of people lost their lives in two world wars. Hard to say. But I don't see guns running around the streets killing people. I see people running around killing other people. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  8. This is a good question, a valid question and maybe a question that will get to the root of the gun violence in the USA (and other parts of the world). Based on what you just asked/said, you must then agree that the firearm is NOT the problem. The real problem lies in the people using the firearm. It's not the gun that kills people, it is the people using the gun that kills. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  9. John you are not telling the whole story here. The US Marshalls tricked Randy Weaver. The US Marshalls approached Mr Weaver asking him if they could buy a sawed off shotgun from Mr Weaver. Of course Mr Weaver is not 100% innocent. Mr Weaver was dumb enough to sell them a sawed off shotgun. But Vicky Weaver and the Weaver's son would likely still be alive today if the US government had only left the Weaver family alone. Of course the US government would not do that, The US government used their own dirty tricks to coerce Mr Weaver into their own web of lies. The US Marshalls then trespassed on the Weavers land and the US Marshalls lied to the FBI telling them they were under siege and that the FBI needed to bring out their snipers which resulted in the death of Vicky Weaver as she held her infant daughter in her arms. Besides the death of three people (plus one dog), the worst part about Ruby Ridge was how the main stream media lied to the world. Randy Weaver is NOT innocent, but 3 people would likely still be alive today if certain departments of the US government were not so corrupt. 10. Logic never made sense to the illogical thinkers. BTW: this Sunday I am taking my "Possession and Acquisition Licensing" training (mandatory training for people up here in Canuckistan who wish to own firearms). I am still 1-2 months away from being legally allowed to possess firearms up here. This is first step of several which must be taken. But I am in no rush. I may try and time my first purchase with the pending death of Canada's "Long Gun Registry". The legislation has still not passed through the entire bureaucracy, but all indications are that it will pass. The opposition political parties in Canuckistan are all talk and no balls. Of course I could also just forget about all the existing laws, contact my local gang banger and get myself setup with a firearm off of the street. Politicians may make their lemmings think gun bans would work, but realists know the gang bangers will still have access to their weapons. After all, criminals don't bother to follow laws. There is a reason why they are called criminals. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  11. Just don't say anything about how the academics are hard at work doing a damn fine job in indoctrinating the next generation with their Leftist/Marxist political views under the false guise of "Economic Sustainability all in the name of Climate Change". We wouldn't actually want the academics to do their job of teaching the subject matter they are being paid to teach because it takes away from the all important task of braining washing the next generation into accepting global communism and adopting the United Nation's Agenda 21. No we wouldn't want to say anything about that ... Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  12. You don't see the irony in all this. Mr ABC pulling a "Anywhere But Canada"? Too funny ... Yes I know where the door is ... I have used it before ... and who knows, the option of using it again does exists ... but emigrating is not always easy. Plus that big country to the south of us are not always open to the idea of letting Canadians in en mass especially now that their economy is in the tank. If I had troubles with the INS during boom times you know the INS will be dicks during times like this. With all due respect, I have a little more exposure and experience dealing with the INS. I value free speech. I value my personal sovereignty. I am under the impression you too value your free speech and your sovereignty. You have the right to criticize me if you choose to do so. But as a law abiding tax payer of this country I have a right to criticize Canada's health care system. I know this criticism pisses off many Canadians because they view their precious health care as the holy grail that makes them different from those people south of us. As far as I am concerned both the USA and Canadian health care systems suck (and I have had the pleasure of using both). Actually the USA's system does not suck if you have insurance. But one of the problems of the US's system is that it is a for profit health care system. The US would be better off moving a tad closer Canada's system and Canada would be better off if it move a tad closer to the USA's system. Time will tell if the USA moves, but I doubt you will ever see Canada move since most people here are brainwashed into thinking that big government is the answer to all of their problems. Isn't free speech good. It's almost as good as our personal sovereignty. Definitely worth fighting for. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

  14. Newfoundland Provincial Premier Danny Williams helped spearhead the "unsuccessful" slogan of ABC (Anyone But Conservative) as he attempted to influence the 2008 fall federal election in order to get his friends at the Liberal Party of Canada to be re-elected and resume their self professed position as the "natural governing party", and the only people who should ever be allowed to govern in Canada. But now there is a new meaning to Mr William's ABC slogan: Anywhere But Canada. PS: I wish Mr Williams the best. Choice is a good thing. Monopolies are bad. 15. Do NOT ... I repeat ... do NOT think of Canada as having a healthcare system you want to emulate. When one of the nation's more prominent politicians decides to head south for heart surgery because he knows he will get better care in the USA, you know leftists and marxists are only spewing their propaganda when they say the public option is the only way to go. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/newfoundland-labrador/story/2010/02/01/nl-williams-heart-201.html PS: Ignore all the "Canada hates the USA" crap from some of the bloggers seen in this story. It is after all a story found on the CBC (Canadians Broadcasting Communism) website. Contrary to what is read in the blogs, about 40% of Canadians do like you guys. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  16. and the so called "gun nuts" change me, but changed me the other way. So you and I basically cancel each other out. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

Haha ... and you call yourself skydivers? or worse BASE jumpers? ROFLMAO ... Try not to worry about the things you have no control over

  21. I am not sure how often he logs in to DZ.COM anymore, but send a message to crewkeith. He was very instrumental towards building Mile-Hi's pond back in 2005. These are NOT the sort of pond production pictures you are after, but I just post them here for laughs. Here are some pictures from some of the first swoops ever made at Mile-Hi's pond well before the terrain was finished and before the sand was added to the beach. It brings back some great memories for those of us who were there that day, for those of us who were crazy enough to swoop on a partially finished pond. It brings back some fond memories of Dave being the first one to crash (see the pictures from the 2nd post), though he was not the first chow. I forget who the first chow was? It may have been Dave on a different swoop, or was it someone else? http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1803516;search_string=pond;#1803516 BTW ... is the location of your possible pond top secret? Or can you tell us where this pond may be located? I heard a rumor the other day and it's just the sort of rumor to bring some ole' swooping slug like myself out of retirement if the rumor I heard becomes reality. PS: I just finished reading the old thread. Dave was the first person to swoop the Mile-Hi pond and the first major chow on the pond (different swoops). 22. That was a good video. Must stay away from those evil democracies. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  23. You must be a supporter of illegal immigration. Cool that means I can walk across the border and take your job away from you? Far out ... pass the bong ... Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  24. You have to remove Lou Dobbs from this line up. The Leftists at the Celebrity News Network did not like Lou's stance on illegal immigration. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
  25. At today's production levels there is said to be over 100 years (likely more in the 150 year range) worth of oil in Alberta Canada and Alberta supplies more oil to the USA than Saudi Arabia does. The problem with Alberta's oil is that it is mixed with sand and it is expensive to extract. It's definitely not cheap oil. Try not to worry about the things you have no control over
