Hahahahaha ! Nothing startles co-workers as well as busting out laughing in a cubicle farm. He's sent me a few free videos, stickers, posters, etc.......and answered countless questions, too. Very cool guy. Makes it hard to hate him for being an OSU fan.....but I manage.

I remember that article...."Tips On Buying Your First Rig" by Lisa Briggs, or something like that. I printed it and read it about 7 times while trying to decide on my first. So....a VERY belated "Thank you"....

I WANT the Avs....bring it ! Detroit - Colorado has turned into one of the best NHL rivalries in the last decade.....and it's even more intense during the playoffs. No point in the Wings winning the Cup if they don't get to wax the Avs along the way.

My feelings exactly....but only on the major stuff. I'm not always that honest when it comes to " Does this make me look fat?" or "Do you like this shade of eye shadow?" Only if they ask.....and then it's honesty. I would never start a conversation comparing a present lover to a previous one......but women do seem to enjoy asking that......I think just to watch us squirm. But if they really want to know.....then I tell them. The good thing is it sometimes turns into a coaching session.

A lot of world travelers on here ! Lived in 18 states, visited about 25 others. Mexico Canada Hong Kong Taiwan South Korea Japan And have briefly visited Sodom and Gomorrah on occasion. $20 per year to post to TalkBack only....all the other forums remain free. And management reserves the right to ban you for instigating chaos, fee non-refundable. I think the people who really enjoy it would donate one jump per year to do so, and the ones that want to abuse it, and risk losing their money, wouldn't even bother to sign up. Just my two cents. I made my first post here in August 2000, the day after my first static-line jump.....TalkBack has been as much a part of my skydiving life as the jump planes are. It's sad to see it go. I needed one removed about 3 years ago, so I told him to pull all four, and be done with it. Needless to say, the three strong ones were tough to get out.....he literally ended up squeezing them with pliers until they shattered, then pulled out the splinters. It didn't hurt because of the Novacaine, but it was very unpleasant to hear all that racket going on in my head. It was like hearing 100 people run their fingernails down a chalkboard. Congrats, John....I think. Getting to be a pretty high ratio of Greenie-ism to Raeford-ism...I guess quality tells, in the long run.
