Sucks. OTH, I've done quite a few services w/o mentioning God in any form. Just depends on who's officiating I suppose. Yeah my friend ended up conducting the funeral himself. I just thought it was interesting they had noone available. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

I think you did the best you could with the situation like Dave said "Suck it down a little lower and see if you come out of the bottom, and if a few extra seconds doesn't put you in the clear, proceed with break off and hope for the best.". I have been in the same situation. I think it was a 5 or 6 way. All the jumpers were experienced and heads up. One thing when we did break off everyone turned slowly from center keeping an eye on all the other jumpers and getting the best line from center as possible to increase seperation.I did take it down lower than I normally do (not in the basement just closer to 2500 than 3000). You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

I agree on the 209 super slow (of course we are talking Florida weather). We have used this epoxy on a few projects and really like it but you gots to work fast . And yeah West Marine does not have he lowest prices. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

Did my AFF1 at 39 and looking to my 48th B'Day soon, chonologically you are not to old. How are you mentally and phyically? Some 40(ish) year olds are way to old for this, some 60+ are not. Same here did my first jump at 39 I'm 51 now and jumping more than ever edited to add: Some days I am the youngest jumper in the group You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

Hah, I had that design printed out a few years ago because I wanted to get it because of the whole being straight edge and the irony of the mushroom as well as because Super Mario Bros was amazing. But when I took it to the place to get it done the really pretentious girl working the desk was like "oh I have that too! And so does my friend!", turns out almost every second person does. Kind of put me off, what can I say, I`m just a rebel that way. I'm sure that's going to trigger some ideas for males here looking to get some new ink ;o Here's one of my skydiving related tattoos. Speaking of the video game refernce my son just got a Cutman for the Mega Man games on his forearm You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

My suggestion would be to speak to either the DZO or the S&TA as those guys should have an overview of what the other jumpers should be doing. Give them an outline of what you plan to do and ask if this fits in with the way the DZ runs and if there is anything you should be aware of. I would not personally assume anything about a new DZ - it's so much safer to ask and get the facts. Shah it would be a good idea also to speak up in the loading area to let everyone on the load know what your plans are. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

WOW only one of those seems to imply you have to move if traffic is speeding. Virginia slower* 46.2-804(1) 46.2-842.1 requires vehicles in the left lane to yield to faster traffic; State Police say this applies even when faster traffic is speeding. From the Florida Drivers Handbook. It says slower than the flow of traffic not slower than the speed limit. 5.9.1 - Driving Too Slowly is also Against the Law Drive with the flow of traffic (within the speed limit). You should not drive so slowly that you block other vehicles moving at normal, safe speeds. When driving slower than the flow of traffic , keep right so others may safely pass.
