    One of our streamers went tango-uniform. No problem, the DVD player works as a streamer. Now some televisions have those same capabilities. Just like you, I'm seeing a lot of overlap in technology. Meanwhile, DirectTV offers me 900 channels, of which 890 are all crap. We just got a new 26" flat screen TV for the bedroom TV cabinet shelf. Had a 19" that was too small for the space, with a blu-ray/DVD player with wifi streaming apps above it. Now the 26" TV has those streaming apps built-in. I haven't gotten that far into that stuff yet, but I did find over 70 digital channels in addition to the 60 channel basic cable package we have. Too bad only about 6 or 7 of those are worth watching... yeah we started with the googletv, then got a netgear and then roku now the newest tv is "smart" and has all the interwebby shit already installed gotta love newfangled technology

    Very interesting I know the way I was raised those that were "standouts" or could "rise above the crowd" were the ones to emulate. Being a self made man is to be respected. From my own personal experience having that mentality can get you only so far. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    I agree with this. I believe some cities have panels which include some citizens from the community that investigate police shootings You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    I did not realize that the Phantom was still used by the US military up to 1996 (according to Wikipedia) and it looks like a company called Quality Aviation still has some spare parts for sale. interesting You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    I didn't realise they had any F4s combat ready. They must be held together by chewing gum and duct tape by now! same here, those things are antiques now. I was in the last USN F-4 squadron on the east coast. they transitioned to 14's after I got out. This was in 1981. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    just to ad to the confusion: I have also heard this called the "hard deck" as in "if there is an aircraft emergency what is your hard deck that you would go straight to reserve". You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    It took a long time for the grand jury to reach a decision. I do not believe they took this lightly at all. 25 days and 70 hours of testimony. They had access to every report, photograph, video, the works. Should the jury have indicted the cop just to 'keep the peace?' Or address a social issue? Or try to advance 'race relations' in the community? that's exactly what happened in Sanford Fl. and it didn't help at all. It just postponed the outrage until GZ was found not guilty. until we find a way to stop the "us vs them" mentality I do not see an end to shit like this happening You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    I had to Google that. I must say at first glance I like it. I know plenty of people that vote for "the lesser of 2 evils" rather than a 3rd party candidate so they do not feel like they are wasting their vote You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    I just got a notice that my wife's premium is going up $150.00 per month starting in January. That is a little less than a 50% increase. I am going to call today to find out why.Quote You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    Used to be a not-uncommon practical joke. yeah I left a smoke ring in the sky on opening after my 500th at least the guy that packed the flour in my rig cleaned it up for me You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    I agree with this. I have heard the same thing at our DZ. And personally I think most inside video sucks anyway. Maybe as a late diver you can get some good footage but seeing someone in the base with a Go-pro...what's the point? You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
