    it has been confirmed, i will be a bum here shortly. Any job I take will be a 25% pay cut, and when you're a poor college student, making $200 less a month working the same hours SUCKS BALLS so here's the deal. If you are thinking of getting SBC YAHOO! dsl, don't!!! The are shipping 600 jobs overseas and putting skydivers out of jumps. I'm protesting YAHOO SUCKS!

    3:0:3:4 (we got to jump on Thursday) 7 Birdman jumps on my new suit and then the last jump on Sunday I kicked out the most AMAZING swoop I have ever done. It was a good weekend, got my suit down to 71mph (i'm a fatty so that's pretty good imo)

    Thanks for the advice. My dad kinda did the same thing you talked about. He got laid off right after we found out i was going to be a big brother. They opened up a business in Brazil and are now the largest of it's kind. I'm gonna go apply at the liquor store around the corner. Garaunteed to have ATLEAST Sundays off to skydive that way

    Rumors have been going around that they're shutting down our center and outsourcing to India. The rumor is true and we will all be getting laid off. I live in a college town and getting paid what I do to work here is hard to find... I can't support myself on just skydiving (although I wish I could) unless I did 20 tandems a month (not possible) So I guess I might have to go back to Burger King or something I don't disagree with outsourcing, but everyone knows that the call centers in India SUCK and they can never understand your problem. The company is going to end up losing more costumers than gaining, oh wait, there is a year contract so I guess people are just stuck... I don't even feel like coming into work anymore, what's the point? Why do I have to put up with the bs, people yelling at me, complaining etc when it doesn't matter. They're putting close to 200 people out of work so now the tech jobs, what little there are around here, are going to be flooded What a Monday

    I got some decent pics of my suit now. Don't ask what the heck I'm doing in the pic with my face. Either squinting or laughing or talking or something, but it's not my face you should be looking at anyways

    will do so. It only happen once and when i took it off to see what was wrong it was fine. Is is possible it was rubbing up against my hip ring? I'll go put back on my suit tonight after I pack and see what it does. I put 2 jumps on the suit today and didn't have a problem with anything. I don't have a basis of comparison really, but I think the cut corners really help a lot. The 2nd jump was just awesome!

    I put 2 jumps on my suit this afternoon. Very nice, hit the sweet spot on my 2nd jump and really felt what it is all about. Oh what a perfect end to a perfect day (happy dance happy dance) p.s. katie pssst beer... jk

    Heheheh hey Katie I think I'm gonna get to fly mine before your I dug up enough people and a pilot to fly today and I'm heading to the dz in an hour. I had my corners cut out of my wings, cleaned off my cables and lubed them up and will be switching back to my Sabre 170. blue skies peeps! I'm going skydiving!

    very nicely said. I tend to take my students outside when jumpers are coming down and show them why turning low can be deadly and that the canopy is something you should respect. They tend to understand more and respect the canopy after the understand what it's really capible of
