I'd toss that bailey's. It's not like it's an expensive bottle anyway. The bottle in question for me is Johnny Walker Red, something I'd just poor down the drain without caring, especially since I have JW Black and JW Blue on hand. It's about 1/2 full and there's some separation of sugars that have dropped to the bottom of the bottle. It's sat in a living room for about 30 years. Not direct sunlight but it's been in light, no fading on the label. Fuck it, I'll mix it with Coke and start posting when I'm nice and slushy. Sorry, DZOs have discretion over who jumps at their DZ. We had a guy show up at our DZ who had a D license but no log book, had only made one jump recently at another DZ but that's it for about two years. He also had only ever jumped sporatically. We told him he had to make a check-out dive. He told the S&TA something like that it was just "his opinion". Sorry, that's the opinion that counts.
