I'm a closet country and bluegrass fan. In fact, this last weekend I was driving through West VA listening to quite the smattering of local music. There was also an entire show by a guy named Jeff Black. He's written a lot of famous songs ("Just About Right" - Blackhawk) but has never been a limelight musician, not even to a Kris Kristofferson extent. Thanks for posting the pic. I was having trouble putting the name with the face. Indeed, he was very social with visiting jumpers, really made me want to make sure that people who came to my DZ were taken care of. When we were in Puerto Rico two years ago I gave him a mal on one of his jumps. I was walking in from the parking lot and said outloud...you know there haven't been any cut-aways at this boogie. I know tons of law enforcement types, mostly Coast Guard personel who feel like marijuna busts are the biggest wastes of time and not worth the risk. The only upside is that it sometimes points them towards more damaging drugs. Indeed, education - especially by the family - is the key. I've also had one just start spinning all over the place because I smacked it on something. By the way, double check that you have a student cypress.
