    I have a "few" guns and shoot all the time . I usually shoot around 500-1000 rounds a weekend when I am not jumping off something . I just got my new .50 on monday and put 100 rounds through it the first day . Paint cans at a thousand are just not safe

    Oh I fully agree, but how much time/capital expenditure is required to obtain a match grade 700 mag with the floating barrel? It scares me enough that some thug has the ability to aqcuire the weaponry that shoots the .223, which I am under the impression that it is not the easiest thing to do, the thought of some scumbag out there with the were with all to aqcuire a truly dedicated sniper rifle scares the Begeezes out of me You can buy a remington 700 pss for less than $600.00 that will shoot less than 1/2" out of the box . It comes free floated and bedded in an aluminum block . Guns that fire the .223 are everywhere . Accurate ammo is very easy to come by . You can also blow upwards of $10,000 on a custom built match rifle .

    Most AK-47's fire the 7.62x39 round . A few were imported that fire the 5.45 round . There are even some AK's that fire the .223/5.56 round .

    c'mon guys, this isn't about weapons control, it's about us trying to help catch this person. if we can all pool our resources, and think a little bit, i betcha we could catch this clown. i mean, lookit, we're all skydivers, and we're all from all over the usa, so hey, let's give it a shot! we could lock a bad person up, AND get skydiving some good press!

    Get over it Iflyme . It is a few people that are doing the killing and the majority of gun owners are good people that break no laws . I say lets Lets get rid of THE BAD PRESS THAT ONLY REPORTS HALF THE NEWS and that does not want to report that concealed weapon states have less violent crime . BTW if I was a criminal I would want people like you around because unarmed people make easy marks for criminals . Arm everyone and the crime rates will go down . You will never stop the killing , just make for more brutal headlines like " person hit 20 times with a bat before dying " or instead of 2000 killed by guns a year it might read 10,000 stabbed to death every year . I think all the anti gun people should move to Canada or some other country that hates guns and gun owners .
