They may have the right to sue but it is not the right thing to do . I would make the RIGHT decision if that happened to one of my family members and NOT sue . I say post the persons name that is going to sue and blackball them . Sorry it's just my opinion and I am stating it .

I talked to the council member that started this crap two years ago . He just refuses to budge on this . Says there is no way he will go after the other places .

So another skydiver that knows the risks of being around aircraft that are taking off and might not see you is going to sue . It sounds like he is going to put a $$ value on a life . WE DO NOT NEED SUE HAPPY SKYDIVERS . You sue , you no longer are allowed to skydive .

The bad thing about being sued is even if it does get kicked out of court it is still going to cost some serious coin to defend Don and Rod and the WFFC . I like Michele have a statement on my will that if I die base jumping or skydiving that my estate will not pay out untill any heir gives up all rights to sue . Everyone should have this done .

We don't need sue happy skydivers . He might hurt himself and sue over that . You use the sue word you get banned for life from the sport . That was not a threat by the way , it was just a pissed off skydiver blowing off steam because someone is trying to get rich by FUCKING OVER Don and Rod and the WFFC . Thats all it was .

Phoenix has several swingers clubs for couples . Phoenix passed a law a few years ago outlawing sex in a club . They want them shut down to help stop the spread of aids . They got raided last weekend and the owners arrested again . Heres what's messed up about it . There are three gay bathhouses in town and the police refuse to even talk about them . If the city of Phoenix really cared they would shut them down too . I thought the law was there to help prevent the spread of aids . Is this screwed up or is it ok to have sex in a sex club if you are gay . Talk about selective enforcement .

I was just sitting here watching Jerry Springer and cruising the web and there is another commercial for a new drug . Liking drugs as much as I do I went to the website and thats what I found . I thought it was a good topic for here since a few women here have stated that they like thickness and from what i've heard there are a few guys lacking thickness here . I would never have any need for a product like that . Gotta run , I have to make a very important phone call .
