  1. Hi, Robin, You don't remember me, but I remember you. None of that is important. The important part is: only skydivers volunteer their mug shot! lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  2. Ahh!! So. Cal. in the late 70's. Scared the crap outta me! So why did I keep jumping? lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  3. For the life of me, I cannot see the lawnmower lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  4. Wow, if even 50% of that story is accurate, good on you! However, it defies all other information available. Now I'm thinking I should jump one and fix the damage done when I broke my calcaneus. lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  5. What's wrong with "BREASTS"? That's what they are. Why do they need a cutsie name? Just enjoy them for what they are
  6. I think the real question is: What vehicle would you get if it was your vehicle that was going to be replaced? The answer says a lot. lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  7. Looks a little preggers/guppy-like to be a run of the mill Lodestall. Cyclos are our friends. lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  8. I this the link? http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=2290584;search_string=steve1%20dc-3;#2290584 Hopefully that hyper-linked correctly lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  9. Mike, I've got one of those 24-way patches, still mint condition. I never got around to putting it on my jumpsuit. I bet there aren't too many of them. lisa p.s. check your logbook for a jump we did on 4-12-81 at Elsinore. It was a 30-way. We ended up in each other's slots. It was built by 5 grand. Not too bad for the time? lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  10. "I'd stuffed the Vette with so much junk there was barely enough room for me so I'm getting all kinda weird looks as I unpack" I am not currently jumping, but I'm thinking that anyone who shows up in a Vette should be taken seriously. That is my hope, seeing as how my thrills lately are two of them. lisa WSCR #594 F.B. #1023 lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  11. Oh, and by the way, if you shart and don't change your underwear (or at least throw them away, SHAME ON YOU! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  12. A shart is when someone thought it was just gas, but then, oops! it is much more solid/liquid. It is one of the few things that after the fact, you can't claim it was on purpose! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  13. Again, Cleanliness is next to Sexiness! lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  14. Yep, that German was "blowin' in the wind", but I don't know why you should be bragging the opposite. ;-) Lisa NJFTV #1 The first naked TV jump (until someone can come up with an air date earlier--now the gauntlet has been thrown down--and I'm sure someone will) or I've been out of it so long this is already old hat. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  15. I thought it was Hop on Pop! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  16. This definitely wasn't the first naked skydive, but might be the first naked skydive on TV. We jumped into Glen Eden Nudist Colony in So. Cal. It aired on 18 Nov. 1980 on a short-lived show called "2 On the Town" It was a CBS local show. If anyone can find footage, I'd appreciate it. If for no other reason than to keep it away from my children's eyes' ;-) Lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  17. Tom, Floating puds were a very bad problem. Fortunately, I was aware of it, and as soon as I received my Racer, I modified the deployment system to a leg-mounted pilot chute. I never had a problem with it, and encouraged (strongly) everyone I met, who had a pud, to convert. I even modified a few along the way for some. Lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  18. Jerry and Bill, It was definitely not a Racer. I was one of the firsts to jump a Racer in Elsinore. I had to talk Dean into ordering for me ( he was afraid that he couldn't service it for me because it was an East coast rig). There were a few others that were jumping SSTs, but they brought them with them. I remember her, and I'm sure that I would remember another gal jumping a rig that was very scarce. There weren't a whole lot of us girls or those rigs. Lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  19. Sparky, Jumped with all of them at one time or another--great guys! You and I also have jumped together a few times, if I recall correctly. Didn't you always wear orange? Lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  20. I'm curious why anyone would want to jump a dactyl. When squares became available, everyone I knew got rid of them toot-sweet. They were horribly unreliable, and pounded even light-weight jumpers into the ground--especially on hot days. Lisa lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  21. I started jumping at Elsinore in the late 70s, and was wondering where she is and how she's doing. Lisa WSCR #594 lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
