I went to the "Record" store in the local mall tonight in need of instant ear gratification. This is unusual for me since Amazon came along. I walked out with David Bowie's 2002 "heathen" and Aerosmith's 1975 "Toys in the Attic" to replace an old abused LP. I just wondering if the younger jumpers are wondering "who the hell are they?"

Sounds like you have a good start anyway. Keep pluggin away at it! This reminds me of my own paper crisis while in college. It was due in 5 days, and I have only a general idea of a topic. Worse yet my relationship with my long time sweet heart is on the rocks. I arrange a trip to see her at her college for a 3 day meeting. So here I am in an Amtrak lounge car for 13 hours (Lakeshore Limited) speeding toward Syracuse, NY trying to write this paper all the while worrying about the relationship. Needless to say the paper "bombed" and so did the relationship some time later. What is it they say about college being about deeper lessons of life? Dave forget the paper, go SKYDIVE!

You betcha! Best wishes! I'm gaining respect for this country that I thought had gone by the wayside in the last decade. The limp wristed approach to current world events will only leave you dead. People who protest Bush but support our troops...that doesn't cut it folks. 9-11 requires MORE action than the PC crowd can handle. Lets wait and see...but that may be too late, the enemy we face has loyality unseen before by any enemy and thanks to poor USA policy he is everywhere! Yes, everywhere!

I seriously WILL NEVER complain to someone who handles my food. I will kiss their ass if I have to, to ensure my food is not fucked with. Avoid fast food you know they all watch Eminem fuck head spit in that burger and they like that shit! High prices =decent food handling if your ARE NOT an asshole! How true you are about college students protesting because it's cool. When I attended college I was turned off at the overwhelmingly liberal bias of the professors. I sensed the majority of the student body did not agree with it but rather put up with it. In my opinion college students are children recently out of high school who get caught up in this toxic activism cloud that surrounds academia. I'd like to tell them to wait ten years before protesting anything, go out in the real world and see what it's all about first, and if they feel the same way after the cloud of reality settles in; protest your hearts out.
